Us Weekly has chosen Suri Cruise, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes’ adorable little daughter, as this week’s cover girl!
The tab tackles Scientology and how it’s affected Suri’s upbringing:
– Suri was fed a mixture of barley water, milk and corn syrup, as advocated by L. Ron Hubbard, instead of formula and breast milk.
– She is too young to take classes at the Scientology Centre, but is constantly surrounded by believers, including her two nannies. “Tom doesn’t like associating with people who aren’t Scientologists,” says an insider.
– Suri is not scolded but instead explained that bad behavior (like throwing a toy) is the “wrong action.”
– TomKat are very lenient and don’t give Suri many rules. “They always want to please her,” said an insider.
The article closes with Us calling Tom and Katie “typical parents.” TYPICAL?

AlL RELIGIONS NEED MONEY TO KEEP THEIR RELIGIONS and MISSIONS GOING.
Their is a BIG difference in TITHING and what the COS does to get money.

OMG - did someone just compare Scientology to Charles Manson? I wasn’t aware of group killings being linked to Tom Cruise. What is wrong with you? The few ignorant comments cast a bad light on Americans and make them look like intolerant, Bible-wielding bullies. If you believe in Jesus so much, do you really think he’d approve of this cruelty and the attempt to limit Tom Cruise

No the poster seems to be saying that he or she can’t believe people would defend scientology practices just because the cult has been named a religion.
The church is being investigated for deaths while in their “care”. Mostly the victims of people with mental illness’ who the church urged their family to take them off of destructive prescribed meds (since Scientologist believe you can cure all mental illness and disorders with a mixture of vitamins, exercise and expensive “sessions”.
And Scientology is not a religion. They are a cult that purchased that title. Name one other religion that REQUIRES you to pay them huge amounts of money for you to learn anything about it?
Can you imagine if instead of tidings the Catholic church began to charge admission to get into Sunday services?? You cannot afford the fee?? NO word or body of christ for you Loser!!
