Us Weekly has chosen Suri Cruise, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes’ adorable little daughter, as this week’s cover girl!
The tab tackles Scientology and how it’s affected Suri’s upbringing:
– Suri was fed a mixture of barley water, milk and corn syrup, as advocated by L. Ron Hubbard, instead of formula and breast milk.
– She is too young to take classes at the Scientology Centre, but is constantly surrounded by believers, including her two nannies. “Tom doesn’t like associating with people who aren’t Scientologists,” says an insider.
– Suri is not scolded but instead explained that bad behavior (like throwing a toy) is the “wrong action.”
– TomKat are very lenient and don’t give Suri many rules. “They always want to please her,” said an insider.

It looks like Suri will grow-up to become the perfect Hollywood spoiled brat and it will not help her to have Tom Cruise as a father. She is adorable tough And please stop with that nose job thing she is a baby, whats wrong with some people!

Secondly, don’t you all remember not to believe everything you read? And what is up with people always bringing God into their comments, and not just with Tom and Katie, but also in every single celebrity gossip I happen to come across. Don’t preach your beliefs people. Some of us don’t care.
And lastly, it amazes me how people who hate or dislike certain celebs actually go to comment rude comments (i.e. Suri’s nose, etc.) Must have alot of time on their hands. Heck, I don’t bother visiting sites of celebs that I don’t care about or dislike. At least it makes me glad to see some open minded people in here.
Do you think that maybe they are grooming Suri to be the bride of the Scientology leader (whatever his name is…David M??)….? In about 18 years she will be 20 and he will be sixty-ish. About as ridiculous as brainless Katie marrying Tom, huh? We think it sounds disgusting, they would probably think it would be an honor.
Maybe Katie breastfed Suri on the sly, but then again, Tom probably has Katie watched!
I can’t believe the comments that this kid looks like Tom and Katie…get REAL…the ONLY similarity is the dark hair and that’s it. She looks more like Bai Ling or Lucy Liu than either Tom or Katie. I think that might be the Klein gene though. Hell, I have dark hair, she might be mine.
i’m not totally convinced that tom is a crazy, preachy scientologist. i think the media just did a good job spinning that angle. i mean less than 5 years ago, everyone thought tom was a cool, good guy. now they’re trying to convince us that the “scientology obsessed” tom is gonna brainwash suri? ha…please. come on just use common sense.

I’ll bet the name Suri comes from a character in one of L. Ron’s sci-fi books. Poor thing…her nose is really sad. There is no way she got that nose from Tom or Katie. I’m surprised they haven’t already tried to fix it. It is a dead giveaway that she is not Tom’s baby.
Of course Tom is a crazy, preachy Scientologist! 5 years ago he had Pat Kingsley as his publicist, she is known for being a hard ass and makes sure that her clients are viewed as practically saints. Hence, Tom Cruise and his great image. She also had complete control over what questions were asked and what was actually printed in interviews. Who knows what didn’t make it into the interview? A lot of crazy? When he fired her, the public actually got a glimpse of the REAL Tom Cruise.
The media didn’t “spin” anything. Everything that happened, he brought on himself. To imply otherwise, is an insult to intelligent people everywhere.
