OlderVanessa Hudgens Dropped by Disney?
High School Musical starlet Vanessa Hudgens has not signed a $1 million contract with shoe giant Skechers, reps for both Vanessa and Skechers tell JustJared.com. Maybe next year!
And to make matters worse, OK! is exclusively reporting that Disney will not be asking Vanessa, 18, to join the feature film High School Musical 3.
At fault? The nude photo scandal.
“Disney finally decided that they don’t want her back,” says an insider. “They feel that as long as Zac Efron is in the movie, all will be fine. He’s the real star – the household name – and, most importantly, he comes without baggage.”
Who supposedly will replace Vanessa? Cheetah Girls Adrienne Baillon or DWTS‘ Sabrina Bryan (both 23).
Says OK!’s source: “The producers think that after Dancing With the Stars, Sabrina will be more famous than Vanessa.”
Two words: YEAH, RIGHT!!!!!

I dont believe that for one second because Disney stated themselves that they would not drop Vanessa and also I feel that if they were to leave Vanessa out of the movie that Zac would not do the third one either.

ok first of all disney would be making such a big mistake if they replace her because what Zac and V have is real.But what Zac and who ever they would raplace her with wouldn’t be and every one would be able to tell that there just acting. I agree with what most of you are saying. HSM3 would certainly flop without Vanessa. I mean if they replace Gabriela’s character, the fanbase for her will protest. We all know how big Vanessa’s fanbase is as well as her character in HSM. I think it would be the worst idea Disney would come up with if these rumors are indeed true.
I’m just a bit curious what Zac would do if the rumors are true though. Would he quit, use blackmail, or go on with the show? Either way, it’s going to be some really interesting shiz.

Hopefully within the next couple of hours someone from either Vanessa camp or Disney-preferably both-will issue a statement debunking this. I just googled Vanessa name in the news section of Google and already obscure websites are picking this up and before long its going to spread. Even if its a typically vaguely worded statement like”There is no script and negotations are ongoing with all original cast members.” That would at least mean that no changes have been made.
