They have complained about Angies makeup and wig for the Changeling. It seems they don’t know the differecnc between makeup for a movie and everyday makeup. Peace

ITA dina#1. Angie is filming a movie, her make-up, wig etc are for the part that she is playing, what is so hard to understand about that. It is a movie role and not real life, the make-up,the wig and the clothes are for the role.

Angelina Jolie is in talks to produce a show focusing on Doctors without Borders. She is hoping HBO or a similar network will pick it up.
“They’re hoping to sell it to HBO,” a source tells Us Weekly.
Last year Angie donated $1 million to the Doctors without Borders organization. A rep for the agency says, “Brad Pitt and Angelina have been supporters of ours for a long time. They have been meeting with us to learn more about our work. And they have been meeting with other people about a possible project.”

You know what’s funny, until I became a JP fan I hadn’t gone to see movies in years since the kids always went with their friends and we rented DVD’s. Now I’m almost a regular I even know some of the people who work there :lol: :lol: :lol:

My best part

There’s no doubting that Pitt, who first made his mark seducing Geena Davis in Thelma & Louise and later delivered gnarly performances in Twelve Monkeys, Snatch and Fight Club, remains eclectic in his choices.

“My decision to take on a film is not calculated in terms of its potential success.” he says.

“I just go with the story that speaks to me, that I feel strongly about, and more importantly with the people I’m surrounded by. I don’t even think about aiming for a bigger audience. My main concern is quality and I think there’s quality in all categories of filmmaking.”

OK I have to say this!

I actually am a fan of Angelina, ever since Hackers but these last movie roles of her are just simply lacking true image change characterization.
Typical american cinema mistake; make an epoque movie and the actors still displaying their fake big bleached white american teeth in a scarlet smile!

Already in ‘A mighty heart’ I read a critic pointing out how stupid it looked the fact that Angelina aka Marianne was always with the same hair style (wig) through out the movie, (going to bed, coming from shower always the same) taking a lot of the credibility to the character.

First of all, you’re not a fan of Angie’s. You’re just another troll, so I call bullshit on that statement.

Secondly, the critic you cited is stupid, but you’re even stupider for citing him or her. If the person had done their homework they would have known that Mariane Pearl wears her hair in that style ALL THE TIME. Hell, moron, she even had her in that same upswept do in most of the interviews she did for the promotion of the movie!

Lastly, if a critic is so nitpicky that he watched a movie as intense and poignant as AMH and spent all his time fixating on the lead actresses hairstyle, well, then he’s just NOT a very good critic. If he really had enough space in his review to comment on her hair, then I seriously doubt he understood the importance of what was being played out on the screen before him. The very pregnant Mariane Pearl was more concerened with finding her husband alive and bringing him home safely than she was her daily hairstyling.

It’s just downright ridiculous that a movie critic would fixate on something so unimportant during a life & death situation. Does he really think Marianne Pearl took more than a cursory interest in her appearance during this time in her life? If so, let’s hope this critic isn’t married. “Oh, honey, I was really concerned that you might have been blown to bits or dismembered and your body parts scattered across the globe…BUT…I had to do my hair first.” Moron.

Donald Frump has never liked Angie. He is so jealous of her fame and good looks and the fact that she does not need his approval to be great. He forgives his drugged up beauty queens but cannot forgive Angie who he doesn’t even know, even with all the good that it is obvious that she does. He is truly a jerk and all about making money at anyones elses expense. I have no respect for John Voight who does not speak up for his daughter if he supposedly is there for her no matter what. Thank God Angie has Brad, a man who truly loves her and respects her.
People you can not honestly believe after all you see with your own eyes and ears. (Not thru the tabs) that they do not love each other and their family. JA did not love Brad, so now she is free to find her true loves, since she said Brad was not him. Good luck to her.
