Shia LaBeouf packages himself up nicely in a tight pair of skinny jeans during Spike TV’s “Scream 2007″ Awards held at The Greek Theatre on Friday in Los Angeles, Calif.

Shia, 21, was named Sci-Fi Star of the Year. His Transformers costar Megan Fox accepted the award for Sci-Fi Siren.

I don’t think that’s a genuine bulge. That is just the bunching that happens when you are wearing tight jeans and wrap a very tight belt around your waist. I would think that Shia’s belt is really cutting off his circulation there.

Shia seems to really like form-fitting clothes- tight jeans and tight belts. That is his distinct sense of fashion.
