She is Thandie Newton. Was in Crash, Beloved with Oprah, Mission Impossible with Tom Cruise, Flirting with Nicole Kidman. She was born in Zambia of a Zambian mother and White English father. She attended Cambridge in England. Very smart. I think her other was an African Princess. She once dated Brad Pitt in the 90’s. She is really beautiful.
Sorry - I tink her mother wzs African princess.
She was also in Pursuit of Happyness wit Will Smith.
I see that she is trying something different, Besides Black fingernail polish, and having a Bird’s nest on top of her head, unlike Vamessa!

Take the circles off the dress and lose the bag. The dress has great lines and works fine on its own without the circles.
