Brad Pitt congratulates his Jesse James costar Casey Affleck, who picked up the “Hollywood Breakthrough Acting Award” at 2007 Annual Hollywood Awards held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Monday in Los Angeles.
Brad, 43, handed off the award to Casey, 32, during the ceremony.
Past recipients of the Breakthrough Awards include Lindsay Lohan, actor Derek Luke and director Ryan Murphy (Nip/Tuck).

Why would Angelina be there? She is working, remember? The Changeling will be filming in San Bernadino this week, if the location has not been affected by the fires in SoCal. They are to film at the train depot. It is supposed to be a closed set so may not be many pixs.
Brad came and presented Casey’s award. I like his haircolor and cut, looks like dark brown to even out the color and get that BAR stripe out of his hair. Brad has a great head of hair, many men in their 30’s and 40’s have really receding hairlines, look at Jude Law. Brad looks great for a father of four 6 and under who is the primary caregiver now that Angelina is working. Their kids are so lucky to always have a parent able to be hands on.
Ben got all the height. Casey is pretty short, what 5′8″ or so? Ben also is supposed to have the personality as well, Casey is known as somewhat of a major grouch according to a number of interviewers. It must be hard to be the baby brother, but now the tables are somewhat turned. JenG is in NYC for her play for a while, and Casey’s wife is very pregnant, so the brothers are stag.

I don’t know what to think because I’ve never met him or followed his career all that closely, but from what I’ve heard from those who have had encounters with him, many have said that he is in fact a royal a.ss.
He still has wrinkles but they were soo much deeper before the “work”.
Casey’s like the chesire cat. Looking around like he’s got a secret and smiling like he’s never gonna tell. That’s the look he had a lot in the Oceans films and has in real life. It’s the disconnect between the eyes and his smile that freaks me out. He needs to do a romcom asap.
Brad looks great. Love the new haircolor. The skunk stripe is gone, wonderful!!

I think it’s great that Brad came out to give Casey an award. I imagine he’s quite proud of his work in the film. Shows what a big man he is that he can spread the glory around with pleasure.
After looking at some of these pixs, I must say that Shiloh really really looks like her daddy. It will be interesting to see how she looks as she grows up. Right now she is all Brad.

Angelina has work early in the morning. Clint Eastwood does not waste his time, he gets his movies over and done ASAP. Anglina has to be totally prepared on this film shoot, which means preparation. She, unlike you, knows how to use her time wisely.

I really wasn’t expecting Angie to show up. First of all the woman is shooting a movie and CE won’t waste his time for event attendances. Second it wasn’t something about Brad and third he didn’t even walk the red carpet. He presented the award for Casey and he went straight back home.
Brad doesn’t look tired at all. His face looks quite refreshed actually. But even if he was he would still be the ultimate DILF!! LOL!!
He is growing old so gracefully. Plus I really don’t think he dyed his hair. They are not black. The wet look just makes them a bit darker. His hair color is dark blond and that’s his natural color. If you see the primetime interview with DS back in 2005 he had exactly the same hair color.
Anyway I’m sure any hair style he will have will be for his role in “State of Play”.
I really hope Clint Eastwood and Angie work their magic on this new film and it nabs them both another Oscar. They have a powerful combination, and I’ve always wanted to see her paired up with someone as gifted as John Malkovich. I’m anticipating some great scenes.
Love Angie and Brad so much! I hope they make another baby next time she’s between films, and of course adopt more cuties as well.

Reminds me of one of my best friends ex boyfriend - who would forever drop names about who he had lunch with or met a some party or chatted with etc etc. Truth was, he was a incredibly insecure nobody in the financial circles and never managed to hold down a job longer then 12 months. So nice to wake up to lovely pictures of Brad at the Hollywood Awards show. Lovely of him to show up and give Casey the award, very supportive! I kind of knew he wouldn’t do the red carpet, he has really only done so for the movies he was promoting.
Boy, Kirstie looks like she gained some of the weight she lost in the Jenny Craig commercials. Or were the commercials photoshopped? Not that I have a problem with Kirstie being on the heavy side, she’d always had a weight problem (like most of us) and I can understand the struggle to keep the weight off.

I am just back from seeing A Mighty Heart tonight.
I went along somewhat apprehensively - you know when you hear too much about a movie & it doen’t live up to the hype? Also, even though I am a fan, I wanted to be as objective about her performance as possible.
So .. I am very happy to say that my apprehensions were unnecessary. The movie as a whole really was believable and totally involving, and AJ played the role very convincingly - very emotional but restrained.

I had been reading the reviews of BAMPS fans who had seen the movie (I even read the spoilers thread) so was a little apprehensive that the expectations might be too much and I would personally be disappointed. I am not much into Westerns (although TAOJJBTCRF is not a Western per se, more of psychological study of JJ and RF). But with all the weight of expectations, the movie was all of it and more for me. Now I understand why Brad won in Venice, he was Jesse James to me, and even the supporting actors were so good.

Yeah… that’s just annoying.
Angelina caught a lot of h*ll for being how she is; the tattoes, the lips, the sexuality. And now, some have the nerve to compare this woman to Angelina? So, but no. Assassination of Jesse James when it broke in another 140 theatres averaged only $2600 per site.Gross to date 1.4 million, production costs 30 million. Advertising and print and studio distribution office expenses(average studio has 25 distribution offices in US alone) on that film were $27 million. Total $57 million. Income 1.4 million to date times 52% equals $728,000.(see explanation of the 52% below) And no other film with Brad Pitt is scheduled till the turkey “Benjamin Button” film in Nov. 2008. Don’t believe this? Go to the grosses for all Pitts films dating back to 1990. Add up all the grosses together. Multiply by 52% as that is the average the studios receive from the theatres. Now add up all the ‘production’ costs. Multiply that figure by 1.3 as advertising and print costs are on an average of 33% in addition after the production costs. Now subtract the later figure from the first figure, add in the 60% more that would be generated by video, DVD, foreign(after dealers, distributors take their cut) and one can easily see there is about a $200 million dollar loss on films Brad Pitt has appeared in. That’s why no major US studio is releasing the film he is currently working on.And its no surprise to many who gets 90% of the money “he” supposely makes.

No puffiness and lines around the eyes, dark circles under the eyes, new lines around the mouth. And they don’t even have nannies. He could not blame the children for himself looking older as the children have nannies who do alot of the taking care of. If you are going to an award show at night and you are a presenter then you should be prepared for it and take the time to look good. At least - smile, be upbeat - do some justice for your co-star, who is getting the award.

Some friends had gone to WW and been very successful. So I did, too, and slowly lost everything I had gained and was thrilled with the results and the way the program worked. That was years ago. It really is the healthiest weight loss method with probably the most lasting effect. Losing slowly and lots of water is important to skin elasticity. Kirstie was deceptive about everything. She weighed way more than she ever admitted to in the first place and when she went on Oprah she still looked heavy to me and as tall as she is she was no way the weight she claimed - she was probably 30-40 pounds more than she admitted to being even on Oprah.
