Brad Pitt @ Hollywood Awards 2007
Brad Pitt congratulates his Jesse James costar Casey Affleck, who picked up the “Hollywood Breakthrough Acting Award” at 2007 Annual Hollywood Awards held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Monday in Los Angeles.
Brad, 43, handed off the award to Casey, 32, during the ceremony.
Past recipients of the Breakthrough Awards include Lindsay Lohan, actor Derek Luke and director Ryan Murphy (Nip/Tuck).

But Affleck wasn’t Pitt’s only target. He acknowledged Jesse James’ less than stellar box office by groaning that the flick is “playing now at a theater nowhere near you.”

You probably don’t get it because for #424 what you read was actually an answer for something else before that. Personally I would not be bitter over Jen and Brad’s marriage break up. I only wish Jen the best. I think she is fantastic and classy and deserves the best but it is not Brad. On the contrary of what everyone thinks, Jen fans do not want Brad back with Jen at all. It is the Brangelina fans that think the Jen fans want Brad back with Jen and it isn’t the case or truth at all.

I wish I could upload last night’s ‘Brangelina’ program, specifically, the Fairy Tale bit. Seeing how ___ acted fresh off of her honeymoon would quiet a lot of BAMPZS fans’ minds and confirm some things that many have suspected.
Personally, I think that last night’s negative onslaught was in reaction to Fanistons seeing it and having a moment of clarity about the real deal between Brad and ___, that they had to supress immediately.

I saw that, she could have been less interested. Did you see when they asked her to describe or say one something/one thing about her wedding. she couldn’t even say anything, Brad had to say something and then she finally mummered something. They really should have never gotten married.

News Flash: Brad Pitt is funny. I mean really funny. Deadpan funny. Either that or he got his pal George Clooney to help him write - and rehearse - the speech he gave last night about Cassie, sorry, Casey Affleck at the Hollywood Awards.
You decide. Does this sound like Brad? Or George? Or both?
He began: “When my agent first asked me if I would like to present an award to Affleck, I said,’Yeah, great! I love that guy!’ and she said, ‘No, it’s the other one.’
“Anyway, I’m here tonight to honor two incredible performances by one man and his name is Cassie Affleck. One is in “Gone Baby Gone” and the other is “The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford,” now playing at a theatre nowhere near you.”
“I remember when I first noticed Cassie,” Pitt continued. “It was at the premiere of “Ocean’s 13.” And I said, this guy’s got talent. He’s gonna do something. But it turns out that he’s been around a while. He was in “Good Will Hunting!” Did you know that? I didn’t. He was in “To Die For” with Nicole Kidman. I remember Joaquin. And he was also in a slew of other films that I’ve never heard of.”
“But this did not happen overnight,” Pitt deadpanned, introducing Affleck’s reel. “He’s been working hard to make a name for himself. So here are some highlights and some misses from the young Cassie Affleck…”
