OlderDrew Barrymore’s Grey Gardens
Drew Barrymore films scenes her new movie Grey Gardens around Centre Island in Toronto, Canada. She plays ‘Little’ Edith Bouvier Beale while Jessica Lange reportedly plays “Big Edie’.
Synopsis: Based on the life stories of the eccentric aunt and first cousin of Jackie Kennedy (both named Edith Bouvier Beale aka “Big and Little Edie”) raised as Park Avenue débutantes but who withdrew from New York society, taking shelter at their Long Island summer home, Grey Gardens. As their wealth and contact with the outside world dwindled, so did their grasp on reality. They were reintroduced to the world when international tabloids learned of a health department raid on their home, and Jackie swooped in to save her relatives.
The 32-year-old actress is still dating one-time Apple plugger Justin Long.

Oh my gosh, you guys are so cruel. She looks like a normal human being, and I think she is beautiful. There is nothing at all wrong with her, and she has NO cellulite! I love the fact that she isn’t stick then like most celebs. She is GORGEOUS!

I am counting the minutes until the movie is released, and when will it ? I have both of the documentarys, have seen each more than once, and continue to discover more each time I watch them. I wish there was a televised version of the musical, which I haven’t seen. I have high expectations of “accurate portrayals” and hope Drew and Jessica can pull it off. Wouldn’t it be “absolutely amazing” if the movie is a huge hit, and the present owners of Grey Gardens were to transform the estate into a museum to honor the late Beales…..
I own both of the documentaries, have seen them multiple times, and continue to make new discoveries. I am counting the minutes until the movie is finally released. I think Drew did a “divine” job! It was actually hard to believe, but she worked hard for a year with a speech coach, and I think she pulled it off. What do you think?? did you see it yet?
