Vanessa Hudgens’ Physical Therapy Visit
Vanessa Hudgens makes another visit to the Burbank Physical Therapy and Wellness Center on Tuesday afternoon. The 18-year-old High School Musical star spent around an hour in the PT offices.
Check out the stain on the right sleeve of her white cardigan’s cuff!
Afterwards, Vanessa headed to a recording studio in Santa Monica, where she said she would be working her music career. Sounds like that sophomore album is well under way!
Vanessa was seen at the same physical therapy center last month with her mom Gina. Seems like V’s making monthly visits there now!

I love you Van. Gorgeous as ever. And you can tell that she’s not high maintenance because she’s not like one of those girls who…if they see a crack/chip in their nail polish, they need to change it right away. And I just love that about her. She’s sooo…human, real and normal! hahaha. And I love how when she goes out, she ony has light make up on. (except for her eyes) She’s sooo totally like me. Can’t live w/out eyelash curler, mascara, and lip gloss.
And I think that stain in her cardigan is coffee stain. I have the same problem everytime I wear long sleeve. lol

The reason Jared ‘misses’ some is because, if only one or two photographers can get a picture of Z/V, the price of their pictures go up. The Best Buy ones must’ve been really expensive. And he didn’t post the football ones because those were taken by a fan, not an official agency.

With regards to the driving thing, V has no license yet, and its not some others driving for her, her mom does this for her. and reason.. maybe she still not into driving on her own, or she’s still hesitant, or maybe she’s doens’t know how to drive yet. Z & V fan pointed out earlier in the thread since this place is a wellness center as well as a phyiscal therapist office she could be there for a yoga class which makes sense if anybody has needed a way to relieve stress over the past couple of months its our girl. I remember someone suggesting in last month’s thread that in the pictures it looked like Vanessa’s mom was carrying what looked like a yoga mat. If she is actually seeing the therapist I don’t think its anything serious since she seems to only be going once a month. So don’t worry gang I’m Vanessa is fine.

I have to say I’m usually not a fan of hats on women, I don’t why most of the time it just looks silly to me. No offense meant of course that’s just a personal opinion. But in this picture I think the fedora looks really good. I don’t if just that it seems to go with what she’s wearing but really it works. Another thing I noticed is looking at the main picture, Vanessa really looks content. That’s really nice to see when you take into consideration the constant preassure from the paparazzi, the constant rumors of breaking up with Zac or that she is going to be dropped by Disney. I don’t know if its because the international promotion for “Hairspray” is finally done and Zac won’t be gone on long trips. So they’ll have more time together. I’m sure that’s a big part it of course. Maybe her new CD is coming along really well. I’m sure its all of those things put together. But she just seems happy and as I said that’s nice to see.

I’m so glad that zac will film his movie seventeen around L.A. and definitely looking to seeing her visits zac in location. And of course Vanessa’s birthday is coming (Dec. 14) so it means they are not far away from each, i want to be positive about it as much as possible, since these two really makes me feel inspired everyday, especially if they are together.

My mom did not learn to drive until she was 40. I never thought it was unusual. And she got by just fine.

Have you ever driven in LA traffic? Never mind LA traffic, how about Southern California traffic in general? That’s some scary stuff. I’ve driven all over Europe, especially Paris and Rome, Southern California traffic is nuts in comparison. And you know most driver out there don’t follow the speed limit. I don’t blame V for waiting until she’s completely mastered driving a two-ton machine before she puts herself in LA gridlock.
Besides, why would you ruin a good thing when you have your loving mother taking you places; even better, the world’s cutest boyfriend carting you around, holding your hand, and taking care of you?

On the rings, people get confused because Zac’s is white gold (or silver, but I think it is white gold) and Vanessa’s is yellow gold. They made a big thing about this on Extra before the Teen Choice Awards.
Also, if Vanessa is having back problems it could very likely be caused from that overly large purse that she is usually carrying. I know these things. I’ve had to have therapy for back problems and that is one thing that I’m sure she would be told, lose that bag! But, then again, she could certainly carry a change of essential clothing, makeup, and things like that in there in case there was a time she didn’t go home…

I totally agree she looked adorable in these pictures, but i cannt allow myself to agree with somebody stating that she had no make-up on (well, unless mascara, shiny lip-gloss, eyeliner, powder, etc. are no longer considered make-up anymore nowadays). I still give her two thumbs up for her good looks in these photos while recognizing that she had used make-up to enhance her looks. Don’t get me wrong, I am not one of those Vanessa-haters out there who would dismiss all of her strengths and only blow up her flaws out of proportion (btw, don’t we all have flaws); but neither am I a fan of hers. I like her singing, she has a really good voice; but i don’t like her acting that much. i also used to go to a physical therapist.. they have massages but not the typical massages, i don’t know what it’s called but there are no masseurs but they use machines.. and they also parappin wax etc..

I also don’t get why people make an issue of her not driving. My daughter was 19 when she felt ready. There were a lot of fatal teen driving accidents around the time she turned 16 and she was really freaked out by that. Vanessa will drive when she’s ready, and I think she’s smart to wait!

Why does she have to be “copying” anyone? Maybe she just shares a liking for a certain style with Ashlee Simpson that does not necessarily mean she’s copying her. Besides don’t celebrities adopt certain looks for the purpose of being “trend setters” they want people to emulate that look, particularly teenage girls. Vanessa is 18 so she falls into that demographic doesn’t she? This is bashing her just to bash and it’s really lame.

There seems to be some confusion about what a physical therapist does: it isn’t the kind of theapist you go to if you are having emotional or psyhological problems. You go to a physical therapist if you’re injured somehow and they work with you to help regain strength with exercises and whatnot. You can also go to them if you some form of physical disability, I have a mild form of cerebral palsy which affects my hand-eye coordination and I went to a pt when I was a kid.

#249- she isn’t seeing a PHYSICAL therapist for stress or the pics!!! One sees a PHYSICAL therapist for PHYSICAL issues, like bone, muscle, or joint strenghtening, or some people see one after surgery. You would go see a psychiatrist, counselor, or psychologist for emotional or mental issues.

Sox thanks for explaining explaining what a physical therapist is I thought I was going to have to do it again. I have a feeling that explanation is going to have be giving several more times since people don’t seem to want to read all the posts. And I echo you’re sentiment in #246 why is this anyone’s business?
FYI - Physical therapy is a health care specialty concerned with treating disorders of the musculoskeletal system and it’s interaction with physical movement (about.com). So, V might have some type of an injury -either bone, muscle or both. I am not sure what. Maybe JJ can clarify it for us V fans who are a little bit concern about her monthly trips to the Physical Therapy Office.No wonder we have not seen her working out with Zac. The last time there was a sighting of her coming from the gym is after the photos leaked. At least that is what I think.
V is absoutely stunning as always! I hope that this is nothing more than preventative therapy. Bless her heart for everything that she has had to endure in the last few months. She really does seem like a sweet girl and her and Zac are absolutely adorable together!!

As some of you have said, it would be nice if the people who post on this thread would read the other posts. If some of you would take the time to read you might learn something and a lot of misery would be avoided—not to mention false rumors. Last year I nearly lived in the chiropractor office. It took 4 months for me to get my visits down to just 2 per month. Once I got everything back in place and working fairly well I got my visits down to once a month which I need to do to keep it that way. I had mentioned in an earlier post that Vanessa needs to watch carrying that huge purse, that can put your back out. Also, the really high heels she has been known to wear can reek havoc on a delicate back. Also, she has not been seen at the gym for a while and it is possible she hurt herself there. I did some really bad stuff to my back because of something that happened at the gym and it contributed to the problem I had last year.
As for the bashers: they really need to learn to keep their mouths shut so we can still believe they have some intelligence. However, they continue to prove to all beyond any doubt they are embarrassingly stupid—probably because they are too immature to know what is going on. Maybe the problem is: you can’t argue with ignorance. LOL
As far as my pizza, I’ll try whatever you have. If I don’t like something I will just pick it off.

I believe in a way some of these haters are like the people i talk to at work at least a couple times a day. I mean their is times to where i am like are you really asking that or why are you getting upset with my employee for doing what i expect of them.
I find it now comical at times to see when some of those who leave replies have nothing better to do than draw conclusions on someone they don’t know but yet believe their words are correct and what we say is irrelevant.
Oh well that is the world we live in today and if we did not have these people well we would not get to see some of the best post to date by some of our fave Zanessa supporters i.e. Narf, V-LOYALIST,Troy, GoSox and all the others i have forgot. You can only beat your head against the wall when it comes to haters -believe me, I have the headache and bruises to prove it. We (and I suspect they do too) know that Vanessa is a wonderfully talented and beautiful individual.
We supporters are not insisting everyone to like her, Vanessa has thousands of fans that adore her. However looking for an excuse or creating one to justify spreading venomous opinions about V when there is no discernable reason is illogical. What if the whole Zanessa thing is a publicity stunt? It may be true you know. Say Ok wherein Zac was the leading man was probably done in order to see the fans reaction to the love team. Then after that the Hawaii pictures came out. What if after HSM 3 they will break-up? Is the couple just a publicity stunt? I hate to admit it but I don’t they will last forever even if I want them to.Give it 6 months to 1 year. I know that tons of Zanessa fans are probably furious right now. If you do not agree to what I am saying, then do you have proof other than mere pictures?
#336 There are a couple of problems with the whole “Zanessa is a publicity stunt” theory. The first one is that this isn’tthe nineteen thirties, that was an era when the Hollywood studios owned their actors lock, stock and barrel. They basically told the actors what to eat, drink and who they could and could not be seen with. Those days are long over. If Zac and Vanessa didn’t want to be together, they wouldn’t be together. Sure Disney has milked the relationship for their own gain but they don’t control their lives.
This leads me to my second point: Zac and Vanessa are not UNDER CONTRACT to Disney. That is a common misconception a lot of people are operating under. If that was a case then Zac couldn’t have done “Hairspray” because that movie was made by Dreamworks. It that was the case Zac, Vanessa and the rest of the HSM cast would not be negotiating new contracts for the third installment. That’s where rags like “Okay Magazine” get it wrong when they repeatedly report that Vanessa has been “fired” by Disney. She can’t be fired because she’s not a Disney employee.
As far as whether or not Zanessa will be a couple this time next year, who knows? I hope they are just because I like them. But if they aren’t it by no means proves their entire relationship ahs been a publicity stunt.
I know that they are not under contract but did you ever think that this Zanessa pairing has got the consent of the two actors. This love team has made them more popular and it has also helped boost up the movie which brings in more cash. It is a win win situation. Besides, the Hawaii pictures look staged.
If you follow the sequencing of events: Say Ok, Hawaii pictures, more candids, the pair being coy about the relationship, and more candids. It was well planned out.

No. no substantial information is needed they say they are a couple and that’s good enough for me. You have presented absolutely no proof that they aren’t. Where is you’re substantial information?
I knew that my last statement was going to backfire. Hahaha! You are right,I don’t have substantial information but neither do you. Substantial information could only be supplied by the one and only Zanessa couple. No matter what anyone does or says, one is only left with theories. I guess Zac, Vanessa, and God are the only three beings that really know what is going on between the two of them. I’ll leave it with that.
if we try to reconsider what you are saying mg, then i bet both of them would have a really hard time looking so inlove with each other on tv or photos that we’ve seen. i mean,even in simple things like looking at each other in an interview,u could really say that they’re crazy for each other. and wow,i,myself,could not have that look if im not deeply in love with another person. it’s hard to pretend you know..
and for the hsm thing,before their chemistry was like discovered, millions and millions loved the movie whether it has to do with zac pairing with vanessa.=)

Ok…publicity stunt?? If that was the case (which IS NOT)….they would be all over each other in front of the paps….and they WOULD talk about their private lives….
They started dating 2 years ago….during HSM1….and kept their secret very well….nobody knew about them (only a couple of very close friends knew it)…till the Hawaii pics.They practically live together now!!
So please, haters…leave them alone…and let them be happy.
mg.. I presume you are not a fan of these two adorable person and so you think their relationship is just a “publicity” and you based it by just seeing those pics or whatsoever you think are not real.
Here’s the thing and this is from my point of view. If you are a true fan, you will really dig into the details on how this relationship started. Like checking various fansites, websites, look for videos and many more that I lost count and got successful on some. Proof of this I read an interview w/ Chris Brown in Teen Music.com he says she has a crush on Vanessa, and at first got jealous of zac, thinking his dating her, and if he is he’s one such lucky guy just like the others. (as he see the closeness of the two in the Popstar photoshoot, he’s there also) then read Ryan Sheckler interview in Seventeen Mag, and was ask who his crush is and answer.. “Vanessa Hudgens, but I’m friends w/ zac so I’ll go for Jessica Alba”. If you visit blogs, sites there you will read various testimony of people who had a chance to see these guys up and about in a more private manner/matter and quite believable to me, since those people who encounter are not a fan, but happens to see them and meet them in person, but we will never divulge that, since they are still normal person behind the limelight who needs privacy too and we respect them for it.
Now if you are not convinced, that wouldn’t matter to us fans, its your thinking, no arguments and that’s plain and simple. But we have our own thinking too. Also we are not saying they will last, bcoz we know what life there is in Hollywood. We can only pray and wish that they will.

mg, ordinarily I would ignore a statement like the one you made but I decided to break from the norm. Considering -
1. They have been dating for over 2 years, most of that time they DENIED they were a couple even though the was photographic and eye witnesses accounts that said otherwise
2. Avoid all questions concerning their relationship rather than publicizing it (have avoided being seen arriving at events together even when they road in the same car)
3. They are low key about their relationship but when you see them interact it is obviously they are involved
4. As Troy pointed out, they are not indentured to Disney and at this day and age, what does it matter
I would say the proof lies with them being the real deal. How about providing some proof that shows otherwise? Give us proof for why we should question what is so obvious to us…

Looking at the shots on the last site listed, no Zac does not have his ring on, but I think it’s an oversight. You can see him looking down at his hand in one of the shots and his face shows that he knows he forgot it. In the rest of the pics, he seems to be hiding his right hand by putting it in his pocket or otherwise.

I’m looking at the bright side here why zac has no ring. And Narf, My dog will not go out into the yard when it’s raining! She looks out the door and if she sees just a sprinkle she absolutely refuses to go! She is housbroke and it worries me on those rainy days because she will hold her potty in all day, if she has to, until the ground is dry and the rain stops. :-(

mg, I would like to know just what you would term “substantial” evidence of Zac and Vanessa’s romance? Would it be substantial if someone broke through the door of Zac’s apartment and caught them in bed together?? Probably now for the ones who do not choose to accept them as a couple because someone would just say that was also “staged”. One of the best things to do is go to You Tube and see videos like “We’re in Heaven”. Look back over the past two years of these two and you will see just how much this couple has melded together. Then if you don’t believe it that’s your choice. But it is a very LONG time for a young couple to have to pretend over something so emotional.
This is going to be my last word on the subject of whether or not Vanessa and Zac are really a couple: Why wouldnt’t they be? He’s a good looking guy, she’s a good looking girl. Not that physical appearances are the end-all be-all of a relationship, I’m just saying that’s where it usually starts so why whouldn’t they be interested in each other? I just don’t understand the skepticism. As far as the charges of Zac being gay being at him by people like Perez Hilton, what basis is there for that really? The fact that he’s performed in musicals? That’s a ridiculous stereotype and the people who bring it up know it.
You know else performed in a musical? Clint Eastwood. Don’t believe me? Go look at his IMDB profile you’ll find “Paint Your Wagon” either in 1968 or 1969 I’m not positive of the year. His co-star in that film was the late Lee Marvin. I don’t know if many of you would know who Lee Marvin was, and from what I understand a lot of things could be said about that man but “gay” was not one of them. So those of you would try use the fact that Zac has done musicals as “proof” of his orientation KNOCK IT OFF.
