Vanessa Hudgens’ Physical Therapy Visit
Vanessa Hudgens makes another visit to the Burbank Physical Therapy and Wellness Center on Tuesday afternoon. The 18-year-old High School Musical star spent around an hour in the PT offices.
Check out the stain on the right sleeve of her white cardigan’s cuff!
Afterwards, Vanessa headed to a recording studio in Santa Monica, where she said she would be working her music career. Sounds like that sophomore album is well under way!
Vanessa was seen at the same physical therapy center last month with her mom Gina. Seems like V’s making monthly visits there now!

As some of you have said, it would be nice if the people who post on this thread would read the other posts. If some of you would take the time to read you might learn something and a lot of misery would be avoided—not to mention false rumors. Last year I nearly lived in the chiropractor office. It took 4 months for me to get my visits down to just 2 per month. Once I got everything back in place and working fairly well I got my visits down to once a month which I need to do to keep it that way. I had mentioned in an earlier post that Vanessa needs to watch carrying that huge purse, that can put your back out. Also, the really high heels she has been known to wear can reek havoc on a delicate back. Also, she has not been seen at the gym for a while and it is possible she hurt herself there. I did some really bad stuff to my back because of something that happened at the gym and it contributed to the problem I had last year.
As for the bashers: they really need to learn to keep their mouths shut so we can still believe they have some intelligence. However, they continue to prove to all beyond any doubt they are embarrassingly stupid—probably because they are too immature to know what is going on. Maybe the problem is: you can’t argue with ignorance. LOL
As far as my pizza, I’ll try whatever you have. If I don’t like something I will just pick it off.

With me, if I don’t like someone, I don’t waste my time saying how much I can’t stand them!
after midnight and i see we are all still at it. V has come along way and deserves everything happening to her now, everything positive that is.
BTW, I do not think it matters much anymore about the haters. Think about it the more they make their remarks the more we start to notice just how much support V has.
What can we say when push comes to shove we will have her back.

thats fantastic.
I believe in a way some of these haters are like the people i talk to at work at least a couple times a day. I mean their is times to where i am like are you really asking that or why are you getting upset with my employee for doing what i expect of them.
I find it now comical at times to see when some of those who leave replies have nothing better to do than draw conclusions on someone they don’t know but yet believe their words are correct and what we say is irrelevant.
Oh well that is the world we live in today and if we did not have these people well we would not get to see some of the best post to date by some of our fave Zanessa supporters i.e. Narf, V-LOYALIST,Troy, GoSox and all the others i have forgot. Keep it up because i truly do love to read your comments.

BTW, does anyone else have a dog that won’t go out in the yard when it rains but doesn’t mind taking a walk in a down pour, especially at one in the morning? oh well, what can I say, I love him. LOL
Narf, I have a bassett and she goes in the rain when she has her rain boots abd coat on. She hates to get wet, bathtime with her is my workout every other week. I believe i get the bath more than she does.
I can’t wait for her 2nd album sure it will be hot.
