Keanu Reeves grabs lunch at French bistro Pastis with a female friend in NYC on Wednesday afternoon.
“The two were quite friendly with one another throughout lunch,” one spywitness claims. Keanu was event sweet enough to send her off with a goodbye kiss!
Keanu, 43, was also seen leaving the Mercer Kitchen after a late afternoon bite to eat on Monday (black t-shirt).
UPDATE: One JustJared.com reader says her name is Hallie Meyer-Shyer and she is 20-years-old. Her parents are writers/directors Nancy Meyers and Charles Shyer.

His sister Kim is his best friend and she has had leukemia for over 10 years.
His close friend River Phoneix died of an overdose on Halloween.
Also December 1999, Reeves’ girlfriend, Jennifer Syme, gave birth to a stillborn daughter who was named Ava Archer Syme-Reeves. In April 2001, Syme was killed in a car accident. She was buried next to their daughter in the Westwood Village Memorial Park Cemetery in Los Angeles, California. Reeves was a pallbearer at Syme’s funeral.
