OlderReese & Jake’s PDA Lovefest
Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal takes their romance public–holding hands and canoodling–while sightseeing in Rome over the weekend.
The pair arrived in Rome together via private jet, checked into their hotel and then went for a romantic stroll through Rome with their 5-person security detail (two from the U.S. and three from Italy).
Reese, 31, and Jake, 26, strolled through the Piazza di Spagna, walked up the Spanish Steps and visited the church of Trinita dei Monti.
Later, the couple stopped off at the Piazza Campo de Fiori to admire the Giordano Bruno Statue and lunched together at a small local restaurant. To top off their day together, Gyllenspoon took their PDA to the hill of Monte Mario and the Zodiaco cafe.
On Saturday, Reese and Jake’s entourage expanded with a few locals and one ordained minister acting as a guide. The group dined at Bar della Pace and went sightseeing at the Museum of Rome, the Piazza Pasquino and Piazza Navona. They also took in the Church of San Luigi Dei Francesci, which houses the famous Carvaggio painting.
To finish off their day, Reese and Jake visited the Pantheon (the oldest functioning building in Rome), where they had Italy’s famous Gelato (ice cream).
On Sunday, Reese and Jake attended the premiere of Rendition together at the Rome Film Festival. The pair actually met on the set of their new movie, which recently bombed at the box office.

Hey, guess I am trying too hard. I never knew it would be so difficult for people to understand the words straight from Jake’s mouth, but hey, there ya go. I guess subliminally he is really screaming he’s gay, by saying he’s straight…since y’all know more than me.

Let’s be real Jake and Reese are the hotest couple in hollywood. she is A list fabulous, and he is a hollywood superstar on the rise in movies and whatever else he wants to do. they are both family oriented, and aware and sensitive enough of their responsibilities to wait until it is appropriate to declare their affection in public. Then everybody here in Europe are crasy. Everybody knows what happening with media of USA and how the lobbies of drogs, prostitution, weapons dominates their sectors of TV, newspapers and magazines. Perhaps the wonderful world of americans woudl be blind h and don’t recognise what is happening. In Europa continental this crafty people of Hollywood industy don’t have lot of chance to fool the people. I am waithing of a decadent Hollywood a film like Brokeback Mountain that suport pedophily. There are lot of directors whose practice this crime in their sex Disneyland studios!!! Victor Salva, Wood Allen, Roman Polasnk and others actors…All of them are indencent and Jake Gyllenhaal too.
Let’s be adults and realize that Hollywood relationships are total BS and that investing any emotion into them is for teenagers and shutins. I’m enjoying the many LOLZ that Gyllenspoon will inspire as long as they’re in business.
There’s just something really off about these two. Ya their body language shows they are into each other, but something about the chemistry is lacking. As much as I can’t stand Kirsten she and Jake had total chemistry and Reese and Ryan had great chemistry but Reese and Jake don’t have that chemistry between them. They look out of place with each other. Is it just my imagination or has Reese never been single? Rumors of her and Jake being together go as far back as November and she and Ryan officially split up in October. It seems to me that she has to be with a man to be happy.

I don’t know what it is but something smells fishy (hehe I made a fish joke cause I have to eat tuna- haven’t got it yet!)with all this. Reese flatly denies they are seeing each other. Jake goes on TV and says he is single for the “ladies”. Then in the blink of an eye later we are getting tons and TONS of photos of them cuddling and kissing, Jake giving Reese piggy back rides etc. All this PDA - it seems very over the top. Too much too soon I feel. Staged perhaps?? When news of Angelina and Brad being together broke they were just photographed on a beach together - they weren’t all over each other like this - just standing near each other with the kids around them playing. I mean good luck for them if it is real but I don’t know I’m still not convinced.

Both of them should have learned by now that marriages between actors don’t work out very well, with a few exceptions. Better are marriages of actors with people who have other roles in the business. She makes LOTS of money; he makes a modest amount. She is years older and probably doesn’t want more kids. It would be odd for him to be willing to be a foster father to somebody else’s kids. I doubt there can be a marriage. I suspect, as she has said, that they are simply friends who are supportive of each other. They enjoy each other’s company, but not in bed.
