OlderAndre Birleanu Arrested!
Andre Birleanu, the male model from VH1’s America’s Most Smartest Model, was arrested Thursday and charged with sexual misconduct and aggravated harassment, according to The Post.
His accuser claims “He grabbed me inappropriately. … He touched my genitalia, and I immediately moved away. Then I looked over, and he looked really upset… I went up to him. And he was standing there with his head down. He said something along the lines of ‘no.’ He then grabbed my boob.”
Andre, 25, has served a half-dozen prison stints since 2000 on charges including assault, harassment, criminal contempt, criminal mischief and trespassing, law-enforcement sources. Siiiiiiiiiick!
And as of yesterday, “he was free on $3,500 bail for yet another bizarre incident involving a woman. On Oct. 17, Birleanu was charged with stalking, aggravated harassment and attempted assault on a model friend.” That woman said Andre “pulled my hair once. He stopped. I crossed the street … I started running, and he screamed at me, ‘I’m going to break your f-ing legs.’”
Andre’s case? “I didn’t molest anyone,” he said. “I already slept with that girl, so it’s strange she would say I touched her inappropriately.”

I agree snaz, it was very irresponsible for vh1 to put him in a house with a bunch of other people, especially women who had no idea his history of violence. If something had happened, they would have been liable.

Andre is 100% BI-SEXUAL I have known hom for years. He is ashamed of who is and it’s one of the reasons he is always so angry. Also big surprise he is not Russian and his parents were infact poor Romanians. His Dad was a Janitor and his Mother ran a small daycare center in her apartment. Andre is also 29 years old and Andre is not even his real name. Pretty much everything he says is a lie. It is true that he is a convicted felon and has been arrested many times. Andre has the ability to be a charmer until his physco rages occur which are often unprovoked. He also takes the steroids winstrol and masteron which help him get his 5 foot 8″ 140 pound body so cut up. He gets his steroids from Russia that is about the only Russian thing in him although I believe he dated a Russian guy a couple of years ago. Also Andre does have a high priced apartment in Manhattan but what he doesn’t tell the public is he sleeps with a old rich man for money and thats how he affords it.
