I was just glancing over at Jake Gyllenhaal and Reese Witherspoon’s thread, and I have to admit that their PDA seems so fake, and not one ounce of chemistry between them. I liked Reese W and Ryan Philippe’s chemistry better (Cruel Intentions was great!).

Brad and Angelina’s chemistry at M&MS and their personal life afterwards was just so unbelievable, no wonder people are just so enamored with them! I remember when I saw that they were doing the movie, I was just so intrigued, and vowed to see it. When the first poster of the movie came out, it just knocked me out, so beautiful together! I was glad Nicole K dropped out, I always thought she had no chemistry with Brad, and would be like Catherine Z-J in O12 (had never seen two beautiful people with such zero chemistry toward each other). Actually, I think Antonio Banderas and Brad were hotter in IWAV.

Thanks for the article. I was just thinking though, I was almost expecting an ‘automatic win’ for Cate B inThe Golden Age, but they say it is rather disappointing. There isn’t another ’sure win’ ones this year like last year’s Helen Mirren. Marion Cotillard is an unknown in this country, so I think she may be nominated but too early to earn one. Rendition turned out to be a bomb. The Other Boleyn Girl, Natalie Portman’s ‘would be Oscar’ got pushed away from this year’s release. SO, seriously what else is left that already made such a critical acclaim? AMH didn’t make a box office killing but Oscars isn’t about how much money the movie makes; it’s about movies and acting.

find it funny how you all realize there are NO pic’s of the kids while in CA …. but yet Brad and Angie choose NOT to live there?? hmmmm…. wonder why that is? We know angie hates hollywood, blah blah blah… but if the pap’s don’t get to her kids as often, wouldn’t you think that somewhere in CA might be a consideration? I find it hilarious that they go to Africa and we see pics, Italy we see pics, Paris we see pics, India we see pics….. but NONE in USA CA!! Maybe their not as hot in the US…. that’s something to think about. Yes, the media is finally tiring of them. I bet half you people that are “fans” are from overseas. They’re really turning into sh*t with the US fans.

Just wondering, wouldn’t it be WONDERFUL, if both Brad (for AOJJ) and Angie (for AMH) go to the Oscars TOGETHER, nominated TOGETHER and win TOGETHER?! That would be the BAMPZS fan’s ultimate fantasy LOL But seriously the wonderful thing is that this isn’t a complete fantasy this year! With or without awards, what counts is that both of them have been so productive since they got together and produced seriously excellent works. The official recognition would just be a cherry on top; clearly Jolie-Pitt both know that their union has done both of them very, very good!

Who knows what will happen?

Maybe their schedules (especially Brad’s who originally was not to begin shooting SOP until the END of NOV) were rearranged by the studios because of the impending strike 11/1 which will stop all new production from happening? Studios are rushing films into production in case the strike begins next week. There are a coule of articles which detail the top writers assigned to high profile films working almost nite and day to get film scripts polished and rewrites done by next week, and SOP was one of the films specifically mentioned in those articles. Maybe some cast members will begin filming but Brad won’t begin until a bit later like Brad began BAR weeks before George and completed his part’s scenes and George is still filming BAR this week in DC. They are both under contract to work in their films as we would all have to honor contracts that we had signed. So far they have managed to not both work at the same time.

I am sure that they will do what they must do to ensure the kids wellbeing. Maybe if Brad has to begin working before Angie is finished then his parents will be in LA with the kids. They will do whatever they must to provide for the kids.

Doesn’t Brad own like three houses next to each other in Hollywood hills? I am sure they are shielding their kids as much as possible. It was an open book in NYC–really no way around Maddox’s LFNY. But with underground garages, gated houses, you CAN go without being seen in LA if you try.

Good morning to all the fans, Ange is shooting non stop to meet the deadline & Clint is very articulate on his movie so it will be probably be done ahead of schedule. Brad will be shooting in L.A too so they are not going to be far apart from their family.

That is a cool ultimate fantasy. I do like though that they’ve now BOTH been recognized and won at least one award so far. Brad for Best Actor at the VFF, and Angie for Best Leading Actress at the SFF.

ITA, they already had one award each, and while the Oscars would really be the ultimate, for Brad at least, he is getting his due now. He had one nomination last year (GG for Babel), and now the Venice award. He had never had a plethora of noms/awards before, the last time was 12 Monkeys a millenium ago (or so it seems). And for Angie, she already has so many REAL awards (not a People’s Choice or any made-up award designed to stoke celebrities’ egos), another Oscar would just be the cherry on top.

So, I guess that means Jeenifer G and Ben A are done as he has not been at any of her premieres. Gewn P has been seen for almost a year without any sign of Chris M. Gabriel isn’t traveling with Halle on her PR stops so they must be done. No, I forgot those rules only apply to Brad and Angie.
