Gwen Has a Bloody Sunday… on Thursday
Gwen Stefani leaves her New York City hotel early Friday morning with son Kingston, 17 months.
What a cute stuffed animal! Is that a penguin? It’s a stuffed animal of Krtek, a cartoon character in the form of a mole from the Czech Republic!
Last night during the AIDS prevention Black Ball 2007, Gwen performed a duet with Alicia Keys. According to Rolling Stone, it was “an elegiac version of ‘Sunday, Bloody Sunday,’ with Keys‘ vocals lingering in the air, long, haunting and elegant.”

That’s not a penguin, I think it’s a mole, based on a cartoon character made by the Chech animator Zdenek Miler.

He is called ‘Little Mole’ and does always say “Oi!” and “Yaa!” :)

Yes! You’re right. This is KRTEČEK! I adore him :D He has got serial, books etc. I from Czech Republic so I know it. And Gwen and Kingston look so cute

You can buy Krteček everywhere in The Czech rep., but I am not sure about the other countries.
BTW he is still very popular and beloved among small children.

It was a cartoon created in Czechoslovakia (now separated into two countries Czech an Slovakia) by Zdeněk Miler.

Yes, Krtek was born in Czechoslovakia in the Socialist days. The country produced wonderful animation. East Germany’s gift to children’s culture was the Sandman.
Glad she finally had his hair trimmed! He is such a handsome little guy, but those curls he had hanging in the front hid his cute little face.

And yes, it was created in Czechoslovakia country I am from, please do your research people before you accuse other people of not knowing
