Owen Wilson’s MySpace Interview

Owen Wilson gives his first interview since his suicide attempt in August.

The 38-year-old actor sat down with his Darjeeling Limited director Wes Anderson for MySpace’s Artist on Artist series.

The pair did a little “movie magic” with this interview as Wes was in NY and Owen was in Culver City, Calif. Looks pretty real, eh?

I’m not a big Owen fan (tho he can be pretty funny). Anyways I’m glad he’s doing a little better now and I hope he continues to get whatever help he needs. Wish him well. =)

he seems really different than he used to. i feel bad that he felt the only way to make his life better was suicide. i can empathize with being in a low place (although suicide was never considered for me), but i can understand a little. it looks like he’s doing better. go owen!

if u guys wanna knwo abt zanessa pls don type in no related comments abt them…lolz go to theirs pls ^^

He looked really good - never was much of an Owen fan but I strangely have a newfound respect for the guy.

I kinda wanna give him a hug…

I’m happy that he is doing better, but like someone said, he does seem on alot of medication. I enjoyed his movies, especially the ones with Jackie Chan, Shanghai Nights, they had wonderful chemistry together. Hang in there Owen.
Whats with this Vanessa crap in almost all topics? Its sickening.

Good to see Owen back on track :)
hope he gets better
x

wes anderson is my favorite director.. love his films (but i couldnt see tdl yet because they didnt release it in argentina yet)…
and owen is such a great actor…
i really enjoyed this interview..

Two talented people.

I am saddened by how sedated he seems in this clip. Anyway, happy he is still here and doing the best he can.

He seems a little sad, but maybe he was thinking how he could have missed all of this if he had died. I hope he’s developing a strong prayer life.

Owen has no strength in his voice, and although I don’t know if he is medicated, he doesn’t seem at all to be back to his formal self. He certainly doesn’t seem to be ready at all to start shooting any movie anytime soon. I guess Marly and Me has to be postponed indefinitely or replaced; studios can’t insure someone who tried to commit suicide.

Definitely Thorazine or a similar medication

Does Owen have a legitimate myspace page?
