I went out w/a guy 2 weeks ago, it was one of those perfect dates, I mean I was feeling butterflies and everything…. then the record grinding sound comes on… He tells me he has HERPES!! Which is fine, but it was such a shocker… I know it can work nowadays with having that, but it just stumped me LOL. It was the shock of it all, you know. We’re still talking. I admire his candor for telling me.. but other factors too that’s stopping me from getting excited over him.

These days my niece has decided she needs her privacy when using the bathroom. Well tonight, after I heard the toilet flush I asked if I could come in. She said no, I’m washing my hands. I stood outside the door, counted to three and sure enough she opened the door and looked at me point blank. I laughed, said “let me guess, you need the soap”. She laughed and said “yup!”
