Angelina & Maddox’s Toy Shopping Spree
Angelina Jolie takes her oldest son Maddox, 6, for the ultimate toy shopping spree at KB Toys in Beverly Hills on Sunday afternoon. Maddox seemed to enjoy the talking parrot the most!
Momgelina and Maddox came out carrying three huge bags full of toys, some of which I’m sure are for Mad’s brothers and sisters!
Toy purchases include a Warrior Playset, a Rapid Fire Dart Blaster and Pop Rocks candy.
And best of all, Angie picked up The High School Musical East High Yearbook Dress-Up Collection! YES!!! GO WILDCATS!!! Princess Zahara might be a cheerleader or Gabriella (Vanessa Hudgens) for Halloween!!!

I wish people would stop using the impending strike potentially occurring 8/1/08 as the reason Atlas Shrugged has to get made next spring. The movie has been going in circle for years now…a couple more isn’t going to matter LOL. If they decide they like the script and want to shoot it next year they will. IMO, director or not, I don’t think they will rush into shooting just to ‘get it in’ before the strike. Everyone is free to believe what they choose to and in the end, we all will have to wait and see what happens anyway.

Also, I’m looking for the link to an article from last summer about AS where the two produers said that Angie had informed them that she’s taking a year off and won’t be available to film AS in 2008. They said if the script was done, then they’d have to decide whether to continue on without her or not.
Does anyone else remember this article? It was posted as a link on one of Canne’s threads, but there’s no way in hell I’m going to slogg through 20,000+ posts to find the damned thing…and Jared’s search feature ain’t exactly narrowing it down for me!

BTW PT, I seem to remember you mentioning looking at the lates OK magazine. I scanned it too. they had a story about Shiloh(take with a giant grain of salt.. it IS OK mag) in the story they had some insider who said on a visit in June to Missouri, Shiloh, who was still not walking too well at the time, was trying to dance along with her cousins who were acting out the HICH SCHOOL MUSICAL PLAY. I just found that kind of interesting. Maybe Angie is shopping for Brad’s nieces?! Or maybe MAdd got hooked on it while seeing his cousins acting it out.

Hey Aimee - Yeah, that’s the OK! article I was talking about - “Shilh: Little Princess” or something like that. They did say the family went to Springfield, MO in June…but when is what I’d like to know? The only time I can think of is that they were MIA for a few days right before the NYC AMH premiere. Other than that, I can’t remember when they’d have had time to go to Missouri.

Angelina Jolie’s statement that she’ll take a year off from the movie world next year might be great news for her family, but maybe not so great for the long-awaited screen version of Ayn Rand’s classic “Atlas Shrugged.”
The project has gone through various hands and forms - including an incomplete script by Rand herself - for more than 35 years. The current “Atlas Shrugged” film adaptation has been looking very promising, with Jolie attached to play Dagny Taggart, the railroad executive determined to keep her business going while the society she lives in is falling apart. The story, which has sharp cultural and political resonances for today, has been scripted by Randall Wallace (”Braveheart,” “We Were Soldiers”). It is to be produced by the Baldwin Entertainment Group - which brought us “Ray” and “Sahara,” among other films. Brad Pitt has been rumored as a possible choice for the character of John Galt, and there’ve even been reports of a projected 2008 release.
However, Angelina is set to being shooting “Wanted” with Morgan Freeman and James McAvoy in Prague. And according to Baldwin’s executive vice president of development, Nick Morton, “We’re still trying to attach a director” to the “Atlas” movie.
And by the time that happens? …
“I wouldn’t want to speak for Angelina Jolie about what she wants to do,” says Morton with a shrug of his own. “It’s the movie business.”~~~~
You take your kids to the toy store because they cleaned up their room or did a great job at school. Well Maddox and his brother and sister have rich parents thus they are going to get more toys that your kids. Get it.
Plus Angelina probably brought early birthday gifts for the kids.
Stop worrying about these kids and worry about the kids in foster care that have no stable home

PT, it COULD be that is when they went because at least Brad’s mom and Julie’s kids were in NYC during the premiere. Perhaps they came back to NY with them from Sprngfield.

Thanks for the new thread Just Jared. AJ looks great. Maddox is a cutie. Trolls are tying themselves in knots based on a rumor. Let it go people. It is not your lives to live. The rest of your post was absolute bullshit but you may be right about Madd and Angie. It’s not unusual for parents of several children to feel a special bond with one child, and that child is usually the oldest. Madd was an only child for more than three years, and it wouldn’t be surprising if Angelina has bonded with him more than with the other three.

I’m sure you’ve been having this wet dream for the past year and a half about Brad leaving Angelina, taking Shiloh to Jennifer and the three of them living happily ever after as the ideal golden family, haven’t you? Well dream on, honey, because it’s never gonna happen. Brad is committed to Angelina, they love each other and all four of their children, and Jennifer doesn’t love anybody but herself. Not to mention that she hates children. Ever seen a picture of her holding her godchild? I didn’t think so.
