Daniel Craig Signed for Four Bond Films
If you didn’t like Daniel Craig as James Bond, tough luck for you!
The Hollywood Reporter sat down with MGM head Harry Sloan, who called franchises “the base of any studio” and that is why he “signed Daniel Craig to do four more James Bond films.”
Four!!!!!!!!!! $$$$$$$$$!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The next Bond film, Bond 22 (the sequel to the 2006 film Casino Royale), will be directed by Marc Forster (Monster’s Ball).
Filming is set to begin this January in the UK, Italy, Austria, Panama and South Africa.
Bond 22 is set for a nationwide release date of Nov. 7, 2008.
Now the big question is, who’s the next Bond Girl???

Only somebody like Aniston who wants to get a role other than the “RAchel Green” type would agressively pursue such role, in fact she even publicly admitted it. Too bad, she is old already, maybe she could be replace Judie Dench as M.

Daniel Craig is excellent as James Bond, so this is very good news.
He’s already more the proved himself be heading the most financially successful Bond film to date, not to mention he’s an amazing actor and he’s sexy as hell.

I agree Clive Owen should take over the role. Signing Daniel up for 4 more Bond films is not a good move in my opinion both for the audience and for Daniel…….they will become bored with him and he will lose his appeal and he will be known mostly for Bond but I suppose the money is good but unfortunately by the time Daniel is finished with his contracts Clive would be too old for the role. As hot as Daniel is as Bond there is something more appealing about a dark haired mysterious man in the role.
I had serious doubts about him as Bond, but ended up loving him in the role. Oh yeah, and he is hotttttttt. Maybe the best body in Hollywood.

ry: I agree with you, she is not the typical “starlet” but her mannerisms and body language to him is unusual. She may be a down to earth type but I feel that there is not a super deep connection there no matter what anyone says…and I don’t care if there IS a ring on her finger, big deal.
Satsuki may be an opportuntist but i doubt that she is stupid. She knows a good thing when she sees it. Considering how much Daniel is going to be making over the next decade; i only hope he’s smart enough to have an iron clad prenup agreement drawn up. As for the ring on her finger, anything could happen between then and now. There is no real guarantee that daniel will marry the girl.

Why is it that every website about Daniel Craig always mentions his girlfriend. Somehow Satsuki always ends up being the topic of conversation on these boards. I’m sorry, but i think there’s something not quite right with Satsuki. I dont know what it is, it’s just a feeling I have. As my brother points out, Daniel may have her around for convenience sake only. He doesnt want to be alone but that doesnt necessarily mean he wants to marry this particular girl. I wanna see like a really well known acotor for bond 22 and beyond…for 22 tho they already have olga kuryenko…but i think they should put like jessica alba or some one as bg as halley barrey, and denise richards…to those who think daniel craig is not a good bond…you are totally looking at everything the wrong way…you have to understand that this movie goes back to when 007 first became who he was…at this point in casino royal he still hasnt developed many of his acts…and everything…bond 23…completely different…confirmed to be more of the traditional type of bond…(gun barrel at the beggining…bond girl makes love with bond at the end of the movie…bond develpoes his attitude, you see more of the REAL bond…..
overall i believe casino royal was a great success…i think daniel craig should do 4 movies…5 6!!!….hes not a bad bond…an excellent may be the word….
