‘Wanted’ Movie Stills — FIRST PICTURES
Here are the very first Wanted movie stills! Here is Empire Online’s synopsis of the movie:
“The film stars James McAvoy – officially nicest and most delightfully Scottish man in the world – as Wes, a disaffected office drone with a boss who hates him and a girlfriend who ignores him. That is until he meets the aptly named assassin Fox, played by Angelina Jolie.
Following the murder of Wes’s father, Fox recruits him to join the Fraternity, a secret society that teaches Wes to unlock powers of lightning reflexes, enormous speed and above average sexiness. But, as with any mysterious sect, the Fraternity is not all it seems.”

Wanted opens in theaters nationnwide on March 28, 2008.

The reason the numbers are different is that we hit report abuse and Jared removed those posts. Now those numbers belong to different people who didn’t write nasty posts. Instead of arguing with people who say horrible things hit report abuse and get rid of them. The belong at the curb, not in here upsetting loyal fans.

Don’t fall down the rabbit hole.
Fox was a BLACK woman and this movie sucks and is in no way representative of the comic it is based upon. Jolie playing another role that should have gone to a woman of color.
Comic fans think Fox was miscast big time.

I’m not familiar with this comic series so I’m gonna reserve my judgment until I see this movie. It’s always different with each comic series movie franchise. I’m very passionate about the movies I watch so regardless of the fact that I’m a fan of Angelina’s I have to see it first. As to the comic character Fox being African-American, I don’t think that holds any weight. Adaptations are always altered when it comes to graphic novels-to-movie. Look at CATWOMAN! For DECADES they have cast that role as a Caucasian female, then just a few years ago they cast Halle Berry who is African-American! Where’s the outcry there? Is it because she’s “black” and the suffering of all her ancestors allows her to do whatever she fits justify her color? I hope not. I would think our society has evolved for the better since the Middle Ages.
