Zac Efron hides under his hoodie as he leaves his LA Fitness gym on Monday after his daily hour workout.
The 20-year-old High School Musical star grinned for photos and flashed a peace sign per usual.
Zac’s arm veins be poppin, it’s poppin, it’s poppin, it’s poppin.

yess, i know where this gym is, but im not gunna like, follow him to it lol. thats weird.
About him going to the gym, I read in an article that working out
is his meditation time. Which is a good thing because with him
being an actor that is their job, they have to keep up the standard
there is just too much competition. He is very young and he really
is still growing. We are going to see him change from his boyish
good looks into a gorgeous sculptured man right before our eyes.
you can see the change already in just the last two years. What
makes Zac special is he is as beautiful on the inside as on the
outside. Great job God, and Mr. & Mrs. Efron.

I want to see him in the M Fredric clothes V got him or the Diesel he bought the other day, not the gym shorts all the time. Although he is sexy in just about anything.
Birdie, I read that too…he really seems to appreciate it not only because he’s fitness-conscious but because it helps him zone out and relax and have a time that is all his own. And, I’m glad he has this healthy normal routine…helps keep him grounded. And, hear, hear to everything else you wrote!

Birdie, I read that too. Working out is one of the few things that allows him to totally unwind. I remember him saying that surfing was like that for him, too.
