Britney Spears is Denied Custody!

Britney Spears has not regained custody of her kids, reports TMZ.

Brit was given three monitored visits per week, two from 12:00 Noon to 7:00 PM and one overnight visit.

Commissioner Scott Gordon on when Britney has the kids: “The environment at the house ranged from chaotic to almost somber with little communication at all.”

Parenting coach on her complaints of Britney: “During all three of my visits, Ms. Spears rarely engaged with the children in either conversation or play. It seems that [Britney's] choices are dependent more upon what she wants to do at any given time rather than what would be more enjoyable for the children. [She had] a lack of general attention at times [but there was nothing she would characterize as] abusive in a traditional sense. The problem is that unless Ms. Spears realizes the consequences of her behavior and the impact that it has [on] her children, nothing is going to be successful.”

By the fourth meeting, Hacker noted that Spears “seemed much more engaged with [the coach] and her children.”

I don’t think she’s lost sight of what’s important in her life. I think she’s telling everyone loud and clear what’s important. And it isn’t her kids. This woman has the resources to have anything she needs to be a better parent. She doesn’t have to work right now, she brings in 6 figures a month. A MONTH. But she chooses to live her life the way she is living it. Sad Sad Sad. Those poor kids.

I, too am a mom of two young children, what I cannot understand for the life of me is her total detachment when it comes to her boys’… as women are we not “programmed” to be nuturing and fight to the death (primal instinct) when it comes to our kids? Where is her attachment/bond to those boys’? My gosh, as messed up as ANS was… (and she was!)… no one could deny her attachment to Daniel… where is Brit’s attachment to SP & JJ? Sad… I can’t imagine losing custody of my kids, never mind NOT even FIGHTING for them… how are they going to fee when they get older and realize that mom was too consumed with her selfish pursuits rather than being a loving, caring, stable influence in their lives… sad, sad, sad… It’s unfortunate that Brit does not seem to underastand that the party lifestyle she is engaged in now is fleeting- her childrens’ love is supposed to be unending and unconditional, and unfortunately for Brit’s sake, this is a lesson she is already wasting…

i’m glad she doesn’t have Custody, she isn’t a ” fit mother”. at least the boys are safe with their father. and ” unfitney” gets to see them 3 times. she should move out of California, and go back to Louisiana , where she belongs!!! Frenchy92776
