Cate Blanchett - “ID” Magazine Cover Girl
Possibly pregnant Cate Blanchett is the cover girl for the December 2007/January 2008 issue of contemporary style guide I-D magazine.
To add even more fuel to the fire, Cate’s apparently made not to drink alcohol at the post-screening celebrations last Tuesday.
A source said: “Tongues started wagging when she wouldn’t drink after the premiere for Elizabeth: The Golden Age last week. It was such a big night it was strange she didn’t join in the celebrations.”
Is Cate Blanchett’s body baby-bound? Wait for the official announcement!

Talk about a woman who can do it all. i would say that fits cate nicely.
i like how off the wall she is with her different looks. i like that I really don’t know anything about her private life or how she keeps her children out of the light of fame.
i think she could possibly be the most beautiful women in Hollywood. she seems so pulled together and for sure is a talent that is in major demand. Good for her if she found time to get pregnant.

Gorgeous picture although the photoshopped eye coloring is a bit strange. And ummm, velma, she looks ugly in this picture, we know that you’re one in the same. The lower case and the weird abbreviations in both post is the give away love. We get it. You heart the ice princess, hate Cate and think people should be nicer to NK, even though she’s a horrible mother.
I’m totally with Velma, I heart NK and I hate how she’s always being criticized for being a bad mother - for one thing, c’mon, none of us *really* know what those celebrities are like… just because they don’t get photographed with their kids all the time, it doesn’t mean they’re bad parents.
Same goes for Cate I guess.
I don’t really like Cate, I don’t mind her, she’s alright I suppose, but that picture? Gosh, it looks like she put a diamond encrusted trash can over her head. It’s horrible.
ID is an art magazine. More actors should be doing this type of edgy artistic photography. Nobody wants Sears portrait studio or cheesy cover shots for supposedly fashionable magazines. At least I don’t.
Why am I getting so tired of seeing her lately? Overexposure? She truly is talented, but there’s just been too much of Cate in the press.
That picture is awesome. She looks completely fierce.
I get tired of the criticism of NK’s mothering skills as well, but I don’t think criticizing Cate too helps that. Unless I’m given a reason to believe otherwise, I’m going to continue to believe that these two great women who wanted children and have it together in the other areas of their lives are good mothers too.
