Angelina Jolie (in Celine) arrives at the The International Women’s Media Foundation’s 18th Annual Courage in Journalism Awards held at the Beverly Hills Hotel on Tuesday in Beverly Hills, Calif.
The awards, established in 1990, honor women journalists who have shown extraordinary character while reporting under duress.

Good point, LSAM. Not to nipick but Ms Jolie has 2 SAG Awards (Screen Actors Guild). Plus she has a National Board of Review acting award. And a number of critics’ awards. And a partridge in a pear tree.
Guli, I am so tired of troll trash. At least it is better here than so many other sites but it seems we cannot go even one page without someone’s hate raining on our parade. I really do not understand why they want to spend their time on a celebrity they hate. I can’t stand Tom Cruise but I don’t go to those threads telling people what an insane creature I think he is. What’s the point? They aren’t going to stop liking him, I’m not going to start. I leave them in peace to enjoy news of their favorite celeb, wish others would do the same to us.

I am sure that Jolie was perfectly capable of writing the OP/Ed piece in the Washington Post about Darfur. I’m not sure what the writing abilities are of some of these posters who can’t believe Jolie wrote it, but it is a relatively simple and straighforward piece of writing. Any decent 8th grader should have been able to turn out a comparable piece of writing. All writers for the Post get edited, even Letters to the Editor, so I am sure they provided an editor.
These kind of comments say more about the educational level of the comment writer than they do about Jolie.

Gosh, Angelina, how much more beautiful can she be? Inside and out…she’s beyond anyone I’ve ever seen in pictures, movies, video clips and magazines, as well as read in books, journals, notes, synopsis, articles, newspapers, blogs, comments, etc…Just looking at her in this video makes me more certain about being one of her legion of supporters/admirers/fans…. I hope she’ll have a wonderful Halloween celebration with the kids and Brad tomorrow…..
