Kate Walsh is camera shy on the set of Private Practice, shooting on location at the Gay & Lesbian Center in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

In ratings news, Private Practice has been pulling in a very healthy average of 12 million viewers every Wednesday night. Hello, somebody please book this redheaded gorgeousness with a hair product campaign already!
