I’m glad I wasn’t gone any longer! I haven’t even gotten to check out the last Zac thread yet. For the last three weeks we’ve been blessed with pictures of these two together on a Wednesday or Thursday. It started with Zac’s birthday on a Thursday night and last Wednesday night they were out at the Frederick’s of Hollywood charity event. This Wednesday they are out for Halloween? gifts. Because of the other sites we even got pictures of them over the weekend. WOW!

Wonder what they bought costume??? but they dont bring costume with them.

May, yes she’s out of the film Dare To Love Me. Her rep confirmed this to Jared. No word on what she was auditioning for last week. We have heard that she is spending her days working on her second CD. Should be finished soon and is ANYONE ELSE excited to see what video she and Zac do for one of her singles?

Zac is starting production on Seventeen on December 3. Hopefully they’ll shoot it in and around LA and there will be reports from the shoot.

I am not saying that they have to have all that PDA or anything a smile or two wouldn’t hurt. (I am aware some guys don’t do all that PDA in public my hubby is one of them, the hand holding happens occassionally but the walking in back of him never happens. Vanessa and Zac have been together for two years b4 all the current fame they have now , the only reason we know for sure that they are together is that the paparazzi follow them everywhere and this was not the case 9 months ago. Loved the extra photo’s on the other site and again how close they stayed together,no wonder they went out the back door with all that bloody press in their faces, I’m suprised they managed to actually get to look at anything let alone buy something.

But they both look okay and happy as anyone can with that circus following your every move. Looks like they had a good shop on the last photo Zac’s got quite a bag of goodies.

They could also be doing something with Vanessa’s family seeings that she has a young sister, but whatever they did I hope they enjoyed it and managed to loose the press for a while.

Really Janetan, I never knew that the PI did not celebrate Halloween. Any reason why?

So where are the pics of them from Last night in their costumes, we don’t want to see Paris or Heidi Klum, although those celebs were all going to bars, our sweet Zanessa can’t get into bars yet.

The way jared makes it sound, it was a “waiting” car like it’s a limo, but who knows. In those other pics it looks like they are getting in the back seat, so it could be, but the angle is goofy and we can’t tell for sure.

And to add to my post #354, thank god one of me has a job.

I would have thought that if it was Zac’s car then Vanessa would sit in the front seat like she always does.

Personally I think they would have spent it with family and freinds seeings that they both have a younger sibling they could have done something jointly walking the streets trick or treating does’nt sound like something they’d do seeings what the press is like for followering them around and for the younger one’s it would be a bit scary I would have thought, just my personal thought on the matter.

It was bad enough when they were in the store and the press followed them around, they serioulsy need to give them some space, I appauld Zac and Vasnessa for dealing with the press the way they do,personally I would serioulsy loose my temper with them if I was just out and about trying to do normal things and they were in my face, Imean I know it is part of thejob they have both choosen to do, but it is only part not all and they still deserve some privacy they are human after all.

But as always great to see them out and about as various people have said once Zac starts filming they won’t see so much of each other,but I hope and I’m sure Zac will make Vaneesa’s birthday special like she did his.

Thanks for letting us know about the update on lawsuit, KellyT. I was hoping that it had been settled. I won’t even pretend to understand all the legalese but on the face of it doesn’t seem like Vanessa is disputing she owes the money, she just doesn’t want to pay it. Again that’s my flawed understanding and hopefully I got it wrong. What the guy isn’t really asking that much it, I still think she should settle out of court and be done wth it.

Loved that Zac and Vanessa were together, but it’s upsetting to see them harrassed everywhere they go. And it’s just not when they’re together, it’s when either of them go anywhere! How do those store owners allow those creeps in?? It’s bad business and annoying to the other customers too. If I were Zac and Vanessa, I wouldn’t go back to a store that doesn’t allow me to shop in peace.

Man they are really ripping into Vanessa over on the message boards at tmz.com. It’s because of the lawsuit, her lawyer filed a motion to dismiss today. Of course the response is the usual caling her a **** and ***** as well as a bad role model. TMZ has the court papers online for people to read and apparently only ONE poster has actually read them. Which of course makes sense why actually take the time to read and know what you’re talking about when you can bash and call names.

Unfortunately I can’t get the docs to come up on my computer for some reason. But from what the poster who’s read the papers had to say it sounds like our girl was getting ripped off. That the lawyer may have been overcharging. I hope that’s the case not that I hope she was getting ripped off-but that there’s some reason why she wasn’t paying the guy.

Anyway I’m not going over there anymore because they’re mean to our girl. So I wanna stay here with you ladies where it’s safe and warm. Can we cuddle?

ok, after my private detective stint, i actually went into insurance. not that anyone cares, BUT, i see lawsuits all the time. SO, i took a look at the docs and it looks like Vanessa is disputing some of the attorney fees or just is disputing the type of job he did (ie. he did a bad job). this, i can say, happens ALL the time and, not to disparage attorneys, sometimes you have firms that will way OVERBILL or bill you for stuff they shouldn’t OR do a really lousy job but still want to get paid in full! so, that kind of looks like what happened here!
