Cate Blanchett: Yes, I am Pregnant Again

Cate Blanchett (in Jil Sander) admitted she’s pregnant with her third child earlier today!
The Aussie beauty was at the the Sydney premiere for Elizabeth: The Golden Age at the Hayden Orpheum Cremorne on Saturday in Sydney, Australia.
Asked if she was expecting, the Oscar winner beamed and said: “Yes, I am… It’s due in April.” (Video footage of her announcement here.)
The 38-year-old actress already has two sons with director husband Andrew Upton — Dashiell John, 5 1/2, and Roman Robert, 3 1/2. Pregnancy rumors just started to swirl last weekend when she stepped out in NYC showing off a growing baby bump.

how many premiere she attends for just two movie!!!!If you are pregnant,please try to focus on your children more instead of filming non stop far from your home or attending premiere non stop.two or three premiere is acceptable,but attending each one of festival and each one of premiere is not acceptable.

Grow up, she’s promoting a movie. She’s the lead of the film. The film is a very international one and would need a lot of promotion.

Actors attend premiers as part of contactual agreements that they have relating to the promotianal aspect of their films and NOT for attention seeking purposes (most of the time). Fancy implying that she is a bad mother becasuse she attends more than three premiers. Does that mean that any mother who goes to work more than three times a week is a bad mother? Do you actually realise attending this type of event probably only requires her presence for a couple of hours? Surely you MUST realise how stupid your comment sounds.

Obviously some of you have no idea what beauty and talent is! Stop posting offensive comments about Cate! She’s the best actress of our generation and a natural beauty! Congratulations Cate! Hope you are a beautiful Oscar nominee and a winner!
Oh please, all you women making fun of her are just so jealous. She looks great as always and has fantastic style - her outfits are NEVER questionable. You can’t go too wrong in Jill Sander and she is not at all ugly, she is pretty gorgeous looking. She is actually a very devoted mother and wife and you rarely see her out and about, unless she is promoting one of her movies - because it is her job. She isn’t going to be doing much work next year, because she and her husband are going to focus on being directors of the Sydney Theatre Company, so there will be plenty of time for her to spend with her children. I love the names Roman and Dashiell, so it will be interesting to see if her next child is another boy or a girl and what she will call him/her. Congratulations Cate.
All I have to say to this is duh. But then again there are still some people wondering whether J.LO is pregnant.

Don’t know why so many of you are harsh with your comments - saying that she is ugly, that she needs to spend more time with her children, etc, etc… Firstly, her private life is so private that most people don’t even know her sons’ names or what they look like - despite the fame she has. So obviously we don’t know how she spends her time with her family. Secondly, if you think she is ugly fine! She never said she wasn’t or has made herself to appear as a hot babe - so knock it off! This isn’t a contest of who’s the prettiest.
