Rihanna arrives at the 2007 World Music Awards in a flashy green gown at the Monte Carlo Sporting Club on Sunday in Monte Carlo, Monaco. The Barbados babe was nominated and will perform at the show.
Canadian chanteuse Celine Dion and R&B queen Patti LaBelle were honored at the ceremony for their outstanding careers. Nip/Tuck star Julian McMahon hosted the swank event.
