Shia LaBeouf: ARRESTED!
Transformers star Shia LaBeouf was arrested early Sunday morning after refusing to leave a Walgreens in Chicago, according to CBS.
Chicago Police News Affairs Officer Laura Kubiak said that security repeatedly told Shia, 21, “several times that he was not welcome in the store and must exit because he appeared to be intoxicated.”
Shia refused to leave the Walgreens at 757 N. Michigan Av. around 2:30 a.m., so a security guard detained him and called police.
After he was arrested, Shia was “very courteous and polite,” and he posted bond before 7 a.m.
Shia was charged with misdemeanor criminal trespassing. He is scheduled to appear in court in Branch 29 on Nov. 28 at 9 a.m.
SUCKS FOR SHIA.

it’s lame what happened, i think the problem though is how he has been portraying himself in magazines allllll year-as the anti-young HOllywood actor. He has said time and time again he didn’t want to get publicity outside of his movies, he wanted to stay out of the club scene cause it was lame, and he didn’t want to get overexposed.
So, getting arrested in walgreens for a lame reason is flying the face of what he has intended to do. Not a huge deal if he keeps it together, but he needs to lay low for awhile as a result. He’s very talented adn interesting, so I hope he gets some good advice how to ride this out.

The Walgreen’s people probably asked him to leave and he became obnoxious. Drunken people sometimes get loud and act out, and I’m sure the store people didn’t want to have to deal with his nonsense. He might have even raised his voice saying, “DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM?” and maybe even threw in some profanity. No proof of that, but something to that effect. People don’t get thrown out of places when they’re calm and minding their own business, whether sober or drunk.
At 2:30 in the morning the store probably had little or no shoppers, but they still have to stock the shelves. He was probably in the way, and aggravating the staff. They’re not there to babysit his drunken hide. And you can’t just physically throw someone out, you have to have the police do that.

The mug shot looks like a photo shot photo, doesn’t look drunk to me. If he was drunk than why no mention of a breath analizes? Aparrently He Went Back To His Hotel And Then Wanted Some Cigerettes So He Went To The Shop And Bought Crisps Went Back To The Hotel Realized He Didn’t Get His Cigerettes Went Back To The Shop And Bought Juice Went Back To The Hotel Again Forgot The Cigerettes Went Back To The Shop Tripped Over A Stand And Knocked Everything Down Got Arrested For Disorderly Behaviour And Said “They Say You Shouldn’t Drink And Drive Well You Shouldn’t Drink And Shop Either, Cause I Still Didn’t Get My Cigerettes” :L
