Shia LaBeouf: ARRESTED!
Transformers star Shia LaBeouf was arrested early Sunday morning after refusing to leave a Walgreens in Chicago, according to CBS.
Chicago Police News Affairs Officer Laura Kubiak said that security repeatedly told Shia, 21, “several times that he was not welcome in the store and must exit because he appeared to be intoxicated.”
Shia refused to leave the Walgreens at 757 N. Michigan Av. around 2:30 a.m., so a security guard detained him and called police.
After he was arrested, Shia was “very courteous and polite,” and he posted bond before 7 a.m.
Shia was charged with misdemeanor criminal trespassing. He is scheduled to appear in court in Branch 29 on Nov. 28 at 9 a.m.
SUCKS FOR SHIA.

Shia? Arrested? No way! But at least it wasn’t for anything bad. I mean not leaving a shop? How stupid is that!

I don’t see it as THAT big of a deal, he has a lot of talent and I hope he does another amazing movie soon.

The police probably told him to get out and they probably counted and he refused and boom arrested - same thing happened to Nick Carter except his was a bar not a Walgreens Shia - Why was he in a freaking grocery store at 230am ALONE ???

His parents are probably finally overjoyed that thier kid actually relates to them now, because he was TOO SANE to have come from their craziness
it’s lame what happened, i think the problem though is how he has been portraying himself in magazines allllll year-as the anti-young HOllywood actor. He has said time and time again he didn’t want to get publicity outside of his movies, he wanted to stay out of the club scene cause it was lame, and he didn’t want to get overexposed.
So, getting arrested in walgreens for a lame reason is flying the face of what he has intended to do. Not a huge deal if he keeps it together, but he needs to lay low for awhile as a result. He’s very talented adn interesting, so I hope he gets some good advice how to ride this out.
