Shia LaBeouf: ARRESTED!
Transformers star Shia LaBeouf was arrested early Sunday morning after refusing to leave a Walgreens in Chicago, according to CBS.
Chicago Police News Affairs Officer Laura Kubiak said that security repeatedly told Shia, 21, “several times that he was not welcome in the store and must exit because he appeared to be intoxicated.”
Shia refused to leave the Walgreens at 757 N. Michigan Av. around 2:30 a.m., so a security guard detained him and called police.
After he was arrested, Shia was “very courteous and polite,” and he posted bond before 7 a.m.
Shia was charged with misdemeanor criminal trespassing. He is scheduled to appear in court in Branch 29 on Nov. 28 at 9 a.m.
SUCKS FOR SHIA.

whatever. you people are freaking out over nothing. he wasn’t driving or killing someone. his arrest is so funny and lame. lots of people still get work after being arrested like Keifer Sutherland and other people. you need to relax. he hasn’t done something where he’s been called out or where it’s affecting his work. his was just drunk that night. big deal.

To regina, intoxicated usually means drunk. And I am not understanding why everyone is making a big deal out of him getting arrested. Wow, he’s 21 and he was drinking. AMAZING. There are so many other actors in the world getting caught doing a lot worse things than refusing to leave a Walgreen’s at 2 AM. Get over it, he IS just a normal person after all.

lmao at you people for making such a big deal about this. He’s human, he’s a kid. Mistakes are going to be made. We don’t even really know what happened and he has a bad temper, so whatever. I’m sure Spielberg isn’t pissed and I highly doubt that Shia’s career is over. Get over it. At least he wasn’t arrested for a DUI or something or ya know, been in and out of rehab a bazillion times like some Hollywood kids these days.
That funny! I love Shia.. he is going to the next great actor. This is a speed bump for him. He just turned 21 and he screwed up but it could have been way worse.. I’d barely call going to a Walgreens drunk a big crime… this is the kind of thing kids his age do… and it really doesnt surprise me.
