Shia LaBeouf: ARRESTED!
Transformers star Shia LaBeouf was arrested early Sunday morning after refusing to leave a Walgreens in Chicago, according to CBS.
Chicago Police News Affairs Officer Laura Kubiak said that security repeatedly told Shia, 21, “several times that he was not welcome in the store and must exit because he appeared to be intoxicated.”
Shia refused to leave the Walgreens at 757 N. Michigan Av. around 2:30 a.m., so a security guard detained him and called police.
After he was arrested, Shia was “very courteous and polite,” and he posted bond before 7 a.m.
Shia was charged with misdemeanor criminal trespassing. He is scheduled to appear in court in Branch 29 on Nov. 28 at 9 a.m.
SUCKS FOR SHIA.

Well it is a big deal if he drove there and was going to drive out himself and if was walking around acting stupid and drunk, well a store has a right to tell someone to leave.

I have to ask was he just “intoxicated” or on drugs? It seems pretty bizarre to me that he would go to a store knowing it was closed? sometimes when people are on drugs they do strange things?

what a frikin hypocrite.. he’s always talking about how he is not like other young hollywood stars. Guess what, he is just like them. He is not as talented as people say. He is all hype. Real talents dont go off drunk in the middle of the night and get arrested. You only hear the losers getting into trouble.

He was only arrested b/c it was late at night and the security guard was nervous.

The Walgreen’s people probably asked him to leave and he became obnoxious. Drunken people sometimes get loud and act out, and I’m sure the store people didn’t want to have to deal with his nonsense. He might have even raised his voice saying, “DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM?” and maybe even threw in some profanity. No proof of that, but something to that effect. People don’t get thrown out of places when they’re calm and minding their own business, whether sober or drunk.
At 2:30 in the morning the store probably had little or no shoppers, but they still have to stock the shelves. He was probably in the way, and aggravating the staff. They’re not there to babysit his drunken hide. And you can’t just physically throw someone out, you have to have the police do that.

NOT public drunkeness or under the influence but criminal trespass.
I tend to believe that means he wasn’t drunk enough for them to tag those charges on him.
So we are not talking a Lilo or Spears or Hilton here.. just someone who had enough drinks to mouth off or take a stand against someone.
I wouldn’t be suprised if Walgreen’s drops the charges. He is so popular.. if his story makes them look bad and all he has to do is go on any late night show and spill his side of the story.. then it is actually bad publicity for them.. not Shia! LOL!
He’s only 21 - he’s allowed to be drunk and stupid. I’m just glad that no one cared enough to write about it when I was 21 and drunk and stupid. Love him. No biggie.
I don’t think Shia is going to be a disappointment like the rest of young Hollywood. He has full potential. Everybody makes mistakes. I love him and I think he is going to go far with his career. So f*ck you haters.

I feel he’s an okay person. He works hard on his movies and doesn’t deserve this. Maybe he looked intoxicated just because it was late. His face does look a bit different nonetheless. I’m sure he will get through this fine. HE IS NOT ANOTHER HAS BEEN OR ANOTHER LOHAN OR SPEARS.
