Shia LaBeouf: ARRESTED!
Transformers star Shia LaBeouf was arrested early Sunday morning after refusing to leave a Walgreens in Chicago, according to CBS.
Chicago Police News Affairs Officer Laura Kubiak said that security repeatedly told Shia, 21, “several times that he was not welcome in the store and must exit because he appeared to be intoxicated.”
Shia refused to leave the Walgreens at 757 N. Michigan Av. around 2:30 a.m., so a security guard detained him and called police.
After he was arrested, Shia was “very courteous and polite,” and he posted bond before 7 a.m.
Shia was charged with misdemeanor criminal trespassing. He is scheduled to appear in court in Branch 29 on Nov. 28 at 9 a.m.
SUCKS FOR SHIA.

OMG….this is ridiculous. Shia was probably having a party…so he was a little drunk. They needed some more stuff, so he went out to Walgreens and the Security guard rent’a cop found the perfect way to grab 15 mins of fame.
Come on…how many times have you and your friends gotten a little tipsy and ran out of beer or snacks…so you guys went to the local 24hr place to restock. And, of course drunk people are loud. But, I think the whole thing was petty and harmless.
Um who really cares. We’ve all gotten drunk and ventured out into public, we just havent been famous enough to get arrested for no damn reason. This is really stupid and i feel sorry for him.
But you know, he has enough charisma and raw talent that none of this really even matters. He’s a good guy.

The mug shot looks like a photo shot photo, doesn’t look drunk to me. If he was drunk than why no mention of a breath analizes? Maybe this event will make him think twice of how the other youth stars are behaving and not ruin his life. He can become the next Tom Hanks in my book. God Bless you Shia!!!!!!!!!!!

Besides it sounds like his mom has been a rock for him and he has dealt with his father’s issues fine so far. His parents ‘craziness’ is his problem and for him only to judge. if u want to crap on shia fine it come with his job but leave his parents out it. he’s 21, he is grown: there is only so much u can blame parents. u dont know **** about his parents except what he has chosen to tell the public, so dont even try.

he did go to walgreens and the security guard wouldnt let him in the store cus he was drunk so he called the cops.after he left walgreens he did get in a wreck thts how he really ended up in jail when he went 2 make a left turn he flip another truck over since he was drunk they arrested him on the spot cus the other ppl was hurt and he also hurt his hand and leg.if shia want 2 drive drunk thts his business and he was charged wit a misamindor charge and thts over wit.u judging shia over b.s think bout the murders and rapist they need 2 be in jail so if u want 2 judge me i dont give a fuc*evrybody make stupid miskatens and hopefully shia will learn from his yall wish yall was where shia at today.

Aparrently He Went Back To His Hotel And Then Wanted Some Cigerettes So He Went To The Shop And Bought Crisps Went Back To The Hotel Realized He Didn’t Get His Cigerettes Went Back To The Shop And Bought Juice Went Back To The Hotel Again Forgot The Cigerettes Went Back To The Shop Tripped Over A Stand And Knocked Everything Down Got Arrested For Disorderly Behaviour And Said “They Say You Shouldn’t Drink And Drive Well You Shouldn’t Drink And Shop Either, Cause I Still Didn’t Get My Cigerettes” :L
