OlderAngelina Jolie Pimps ‘A Mighty Heart’ DVD Release
Angelina Jolie attends a Q&A session moderator by film critic Peter Hammond following a screening of the critically-acclaimed A Mighty Heart to celebrate the film’s DVD release at the Paramount Studio Lot on Sunday in Hollywood, Calif.
Earlier this weekend Angelina attended a press conference in Los Angeles to answer questions about her upcoming animated feature Beowulf and was asked about seeing herself in a simulated nude scene.
“I got a little shy,” she said. “I was really surprised that I felt that exposed. There are certain moments where I felt actually shy – and called home, just to explain that the fun movie that I had done that was digital animation was, in fact, a little different than [what] we expected. I didn’t expect ourselves to come out as much. I didn’t expect it to feel as real, and so because of especially the type of character I play, it was kind of funny at first.”
The Robert Zemeckis‘ (Forrest Gump, Polar Express) film will be released simultaneously in IMAX 3D and regular theaters on Nov. 16. Beowulf also stars Anthony Hopkins, Ray Winstone, Robin Wright Penn, Crispin Glover and John Malkovich.
Angie and Anthony Hopkins are also expected to make an appearance on Good Morning America today (Monday).

Those of you who think that she looks healthy and wonderful need to wake up. She looks ill. If she IS pregnant and that’s the cause of her haggard appearance then maybe she should stay home and rest up. She has a family that relies on her. She needs to take care of herself…if not for herself then for them.

I think Angie looks skinny, but to say she looks unhealthy or “ill” is a hell of a stretch. Her face is in paralleled. She’s a beautiful woman. I don’t see any signes of illness based on her face. She looks a little tired, but with a full week of filming, 4 small children, a sexy hubby, and a weekend of promotional work the woman has reason to be tired! She said she was taking a year off after she finishes The Changeling, so cut her some slack and save your false concern. Go worry over X’s lack of a life instead. I mean, really…Steve Zahn & Woody Harrelson?

Angie is not too thin! She’s perfection…and I suspect that all you jealous B*eeches out there are bemoaning her weight are propably FAT and OVERWEIGHT. The woman is gorgeous! Her career is kick-a$$ and she’s got a handsome partner WHO LOVES HER the way she is and beautiful kids….

And don’t even call me a troll. I post here too much for that nonsense. I think Angie is too skinny right now, but what I’m not doing is sitting here griping about it and passing judgment on her. She’ll put the weight back on in her own time and in her own way, so there’s really no point in bemoaning it. She’s a grown ass woman with a husband and 4 small children and a demanding job and lifestyle. Expecting her to stop everything and sit in one spot all day eating ice cream, pizza, burgers and pasta is downright silly.

I’m ROTFLMAO! I love Angie…those are the exact same shoes she’s wearing in these photos! God…that woman cracks me up! Recycling her kids clothes, one of the Baeur rags pointed out that she wore the same gray pencil skirt on a ton of occasions in NCY; and while I’d never pay $800 for a pair of shoes…at least when she does she gets her money’s worth of the shoes!
You know TMZ had someone on one of their show when the Skinny Super Model topic came up earlier this year and one of the advise and fear he/she talked about is the backlash on people who are naturally skinny.
People are taking this skinny thing way out of hand. Not everyone is going to be FAT. Some people are naturally thin and with stressors can lose more and become a little thinner.
Others are FAT and which to be thin by dieting and god knows what other ways.
Angelina is naturally thin and with family, work and grieving she is allow to lose some weight. She said so her self that its been hard getting her nutrition back together. Not everyone get FAT overnight. It takes time if I am correct she probably goes to bed late and first to rise every day like all responsible mothers we are.

#309 youre so right. All the losers out there who’re so quick to jump to critice Angie dont realize that she is more of a shy person than not. But thats because they are not really listening to her when she speaks, they only pounce on her words in order to try to use it against her.
But ive noticed in many of her interviews, when discussing what went on before she did a role or even a scene, how nervous she said she was. She uses the word ‘nervous’ a lot in describing her feelings about things. Remember her interviews about deciding to do AMH/ She was so nervous she couldnt sleep the night before shooting was to begin and Brad had to be reassuring her that she would do great.
Even at the TGS premiere, which was her first after her mother’s death (if my memory serves me right), you could clearly see how nervous she was and that Brad was playing a major supportive role for her. (both physically and otherwise) She is a genuine trooper.
Like a true high-achiever, Angie is a classic “feel-the-fear-and-do-it-anyway’ kind of woman. Brad’s kind of woman. Everyman and every strong, independent woman kind of woman.
Is it any wonder that both men and women equally find her appealing?

I can’t imagine the money spent to make this movie that earned mere $4 mil at the box office.
She and Brads’ production company have to work overtime to reap any profit. I wonder how much the paid Marianne Pearl for the rights to this movie?. Did they also have to pay his parents and siblings?. I wonder if his wife and family negotiated for upfront pay or, whether they negotiated for a percentage of both box-office and DVD sales.
