OlderAngelina Jolie Pimps ‘A Mighty Heart’ DVD Release
Angelina Jolie attends a Q&A session moderator by film critic Peter Hammond following a screening of the critically-acclaimed A Mighty Heart to celebrate the film’s DVD release at the Paramount Studio Lot on Sunday in Hollywood, Calif.
Earlier this weekend Angelina attended a press conference in Los Angeles to answer questions about her upcoming animated feature Beowulf and was asked about seeing herself in a simulated nude scene.
“I got a little shy,” she said. “I was really surprised that I felt that exposed. There are certain moments where I felt actually shy – and called home, just to explain that the fun movie that I had done that was digital animation was, in fact, a little different than [what] we expected. I didn’t expect ourselves to come out as much. I didn’t expect it to feel as real, and so because of especially the type of character I play, it was kind of funny at first.”
The Robert Zemeckis‘ (Forrest Gump, Polar Express) film will be released simultaneously in IMAX 3D and regular theaters on Nov. 16. Beowulf also stars Anthony Hopkins, Ray Winstone, Robin Wright Penn, Crispin Glover and John Malkovich.
Angie and Anthony Hopkins are also expected to make an appearance on Good Morning America today (Monday).

1st off, do you own any stock in a movie company? If not, why are you concerned about how much money a movie makes?
2nd: Britney Spears cd is about to open at #1, does that mean she should be given respect? Admiration? Most people are IDIOTS with HORRIBLE taste in art. Whether it’s movies, music, etc…so being a “hit” is WORTHLESS to me since i don’t RESPECT the people who make things “hits”.

Thanks for the thread Just Jared or whoever (pimping?). AJ is looking great. AMH is an excellent film and the DVD has made millions. It is a successful film, both critically and financially for Plan B. Trolls really need to do a LITTLE research before spouting off. AJ gave an Oscar worthy performance in this film. She deserves an Oscar nomination and other accolades for her impressive work. She has a right to promote this wonderful film. It is work that any actress can be proud of given the lack luster performances of actresses in films for 2007. AMH was released in the summer during the blockbuster film releases and has stood the test of time. I wish AJ all the best. Peace to all.
