Shia LaBeouf’s Mug Shot
How cute is clearly inebriated Shia LaBeouf in his mug shot??
The Transformers star was arrested early Sunday morning after refusing to leave a Walgreens in Chicago.
The Smoking Gun obtained this mug shot of him at the Chicago Police Department.
Shia, 21, is being hit with a misdemeanor criminal trespassing charge and is scheduled to appear in court on November 28.
Who else wants to hear Steven Spielberg’s opinion on this bust? Or how this will affect box offices sales of Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull??

I really don’t want to see Shia go down the same path as many of his fellow young Hollywood types. The kid has too much potential to ruin it with being an idiot. That said, it wasn’t a DUI so he was only being an idiot and not actually putting anyone’s life in danger like so many others have done.
Hopefully this is a lesson learned and the kid can move on.

He’s always talked about not getting into the young Hollywood stuff and not clubbing and not getting into positions to be tabloid fodder but he’s really managed to nix that in one night. ;P

People.. the cops didn’t think he was intoxicated when they got there or they would have tagged a count of public drunkness or drunk and disorderly on to him..
This is Shia more than likely arguing with the security guard or cashier and refusing to leave and insisting they sell him something.. I would bet cigarettes.
And the rent a cop assumed he was drunk and held him for the cops.. instead the only complaint the security guard could get get him for was criminal trespass.
Like I said before… I wouldn’t be suprised if Walgreen’s is scrambling right now to get the security guard to drop this whole thing asap before they end up looking like the bad guys..esp since all Shia has to do is go on any late night talk show and tell his side of the story.. like maybe he was being harrassed by security or a cashier and then he took it to far cause he was tired and angry and just wante the thing he came in there for.. he could have avoided it.. but at the same time.. so could Walgreen’s.

I myself have never got arrested, but have plenty of friends that have done lil stupid mistake like getting a PI or a DUI, and they learned their lesson and grew up to be normal ppl, with a little bit more of awareness of their actions than the rest of us…

shia was arrested for trespassing. he went down to the walgreen’s to get pimple cream, and cigarettes, but he forgot the latter and had to go back. he was drunk out of his mind, but he was celebrating for his 21st. he actually turned 21 during the filming of indiana jones, but, since he has a brain, he decided that it would be best if he didn’t go crazy during filming and wait till after.
how many people do you know who don’t drink a little (or a lot) for their 21st? not that many, if it’s not against their religion. let the kid have a life people. just cause he’s a celebrity doesn’t mean he’s not allowed to have a life like everyone else.
give the kid a break. he’s still an incredible actor, no matter what he does off-set.
