Tom Cruise’s Moving Image Salute
Tom Cruise attends the Museum of The Moving Image Salute Ceremony to honor himself at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York City on Tuesday night.
“Salutes are traditionally actors or directors,” said museum director Rochelle Slovin. “Some of these actors and directors are also multitasking, and Tom Cruise is one of them. His position with United Artists puts him into a whole new phase of his career, and that makes it a perfect time to honor him.”
Of course, proud wife Katie Holmes (in Hermes) came out to show support for her hubby. She toted around a clutch by Roger Vivier.

3. The brainwasher creates in the victim a sense of powerlessness, fear, and dependency.
Verbal and emotional abuse creates these emotions, and they become stronger and stronger over time.
4. The brainwasher works to instill new behavior and attitudes in the victim.
Your partner trains to you behave in ways that he wants you to behave. He gradually makes you feel differently about yourself, and erodes your confidence in yourself.
5. The brainwasher puts forth a closed system of logic, and allows no real input or criticism.
In other words — What he says, goes.

She’s being molded…..a willing partner in this……it is a relationship of protege and mentor. They do not share intimate secrets.
okay…a few comments and words of advice…
1)She should NEVER wear open toed shoes. Her toes are a disgrace. It isn’t anything that can be fixed with a good pedicure either. There is some serious structural damage in those puppies.
2)She has a very ODDLY shaped body. She should cover up as much of it as possible, at all times….including those ham hock arms of hers.
3)She needs to work on her posture. She’s gonna have to be fit for a back brace soon if she keeps it up.
4)Picture #27-Her profile looks like Nicole Kidman’s….I would have never even imagined that could be true but it is and it’s SUPER FREAKY.
5)Oh yeah, last but not least…..Run, B*tch, Run! He may take Suri and all the money away but at least you can salvage what’s left of that rotten tomato you call a brain.

#94 Irene–He has short man syndrome, i.e. always trying to prove he is better than anyone else to compensate for not being taller. Most actors are in the 5′7″ to 5′10″ range–you don’t see people making hateful comments about height towards Stallone, Prince, and others. Tom wears lifts, he combs his hair in a style best on a teenager, he tends to date very tall, beautiful women (look at me, I may be short, but I’m sexy as all hell), and constantly seems to be proving his masculinity by engaging in sports and other macho things.
I can’t stand him and never have. It is not envy either. When I watch his movies I see Tom Cruise and not the character he is playing. While watching A Few Good Men I thought how truly great that movie would have been with a competent actor in his role same with Born on the 4th of July. He was good in Risky Biz, Top Gun etc., because he was playing himself–a short, brash, arrogant pipsqueak. When he is in movies that call for depth and maturity in the roles, he doesn’t make it! I don’t find him very admirable either. The way he dumped both of his ex-wives was cruel. Although he made up with Brook Shields, he was cruel then as he was to Matt Lauer. Basically if you don’t agree with Tom you are wrong, wrong, wrong. And I’m not being glib!
So what if Tom’s short? Did you all just find this out? You guys never saw a short man before? does Sonny Bono ring a bell? How about Nathan Lane, Danny DeVito, Drew Lachey? Probably not since some of you just woke up yesterday from a 20 year sleep

hey, Tom is about an inch taller than my Husband but there is one BIG difference. my husband is not a soul sucking ego-maniac. when he kisses my hand, it’s because he loves me and isn’t trying to create a photo op. plus…he’s smarter then Tom in that he married me (who is even shorter then him) so no one looks at us like “huh?”. no shoe lifts or bouffant hair necessary!

Damn. Look at KatE Cruise workin’ that carpet. She is spectacular! Clearly lessons with Posh have paid off, only Katie, like all clever pupils, has managed to inject her own warmth and sass into Posh’s plastic pose. Even the Posh Bob looks better on the understudy. Bet your concrete tits Mrs Beckham is not happy about that.
But Katie Holmes cannot be denied. And she owned it last night at Cipriani at the gala to honour Tom Cruise by the Museum of the Moving Image in New York.
Love the midnight blue dress, and the belt, and the makeup, and her flat chest, and her toned (but not too toned) arms, and check out that nose. That’s an incredible nose!
It’s just too bad about the shoes… and that troll standing next to her.
Perhaps it’s the height thing – limits her options? Because those uninspired open toes do absolutely nothing. I would have gone with a sky high closed toe option myself. Then again, my husband doesn’t wear lifts.
Nor does has he mastered the art of the Presentation. Here we go! Tom Cruise presenting Katie Holmes!

Katie is definitely sad deep down inside her. That smile of hers is so unnatural. Why is Tom always like dragging her..?? She’s becoming more & more robotic looking no doubt a very pretty one=(
