I honestly don’t see the chemistry between Zac and Vanessa outside of the movie. In most of the pics I’ve seen it looks like he’d rather be standing 20 feet away from her than right next to her. With Nikki he just seems so much more relaxed and at ease. It’s refreshing.

And before anyone says anything, I don’t hate Vanessa. I’m just calling it like I see it

Malia, no need to get nasty about my comments….or the need to lecture me on love and relationships….I’m not condemning Zanessa, I like their relationship too…I think Irish said it great…Nikki is the light in the Caravaggio…Nikki brings out the true person in Zac. I don’t expect Zanessa to be intimate in public…Please don’t bash me because I happen to like one of Zac’s relationship more than the other…I’ve happy for him no matter what.
I’m a Zikki fan too and am not hateful. I like when Zac is hanging out with Nikki…in pics and videos…or by himself, he seems more at ease and comfortable in his own skin.

I suppose everyone sees things the way they want to see it, the way they choose to see it. It’s as simple as that. We all have our own opinions and make our own assumptions by what we see in the media. We don’t know the whole story and we can only read into bits and pieces of information that we get from media coverage.

Zac is friends with Nikki and that’s a good thing. I don’t see him having any special chemistry with her because compared to what I’ve seen with him and Vanessa there is no comparison there. As pointed out by Nikki fans they feel otherwise and I can understand that.

The reality is that Zac and Vanessa are dating and have been a couple for over two years now. They choose to keep it a private relationship and I respect that. Zac has a friendship with Niki and that is as far as it goes. Vanessa doesn’t seem to have any problems with that and I see nothing wrong with it either so end of story. I think it’s ironic how some fans get so anxious about “Zikki”. Vanessa isn’t worried about Nikki because she’s secure in her committed relationship with Zac. That speaks volumes to me and it means all is right in the world for Zanessa.

So very true athena. “Comfortable in his own skin” is a good way to put it.

Zac ist mit vanessa zusammen ( was auch fürimmer so bleiben wird) und nikki ist ne dicke tussi! es ist doch verständlich das zac und vanessa nicht immer auf allen bildern lachen. wie würdet ihr das denn finden wenn ihr keine privatsphäre mehr habt??? wenn die sich nicht lieben würden dann würden die garantiert nichts miteinander unternehnem!! oder? natürlich ist man in interviews immer gut gelaunt aber nicht immer wenn ein die paparazzi auf schritt und tritt verfolgen!!!! zanessa forever

The publicity angle: Does this really make sense to you people who say that? These two met when they were not yet 17 or 18. They bonded immediately and felt the chemistry. They have spoken about that before they became so guarded. They had no idea how big HSM1 would become and if there would be any other HSM’s. They were seeing each other as a girlfriend/boyfriend situation even before the wrap of the first movie. Watch some of the videos when they went on tour witht he first movie. They could not stay away from each other. It may be even a little embarrassing to watch if it wasn’t so sweet. Then they kept in touch with each other constantly when Vanessa was touring and Zac was in Canada filming Hairspray. He’s finally joins the cast in London for the promotion of HSM1 and the fireworks are full-force again. They weren’t so shy then because they were still maintaining they were friends. However, it is Vanessa’s hand who Zac has in his, it is Vanessa who he is always seated next to and leans towards…Then came the filming of HSM2 and it went beyond fireworks according to behind the scenes gossip. Watch the rehearsals and the recording sessions between them. Watch how his eyes light up when he talks about Vanessa and how he felt about the song You Are the Music in Me. All those things were before they went to Hawaii and before they knew what an explosion the release of HSM2 was going to be. And at that time nobody had talked about HSM3. If these kids keep going further and deeper with their relationship just for publicity then they deserve several millions each to do the movie not to mention an Oscar for their performances. This is a long time to keep up a publicity stunt that may never have been needed to promote something.

I don’t really understand the point of putting the Zac and Nikki pictures in this entry, but I guess that since there are no new pictures of Zaccy boy then you had nowhere else to post them.
Whatever!:P Nikki seem like a nice girl and I bet she’s a great person to be friends with!
I only hope the Zikki fand don’t start invading the Vanessa threads to say bad things about V just because they don’t like that Zac is in love with her and not “their” girl. Or saying that this is all a stunt to gain publicity… if you really like Zac, then how can you think that of him?
I believe he’s mature enough to make his own desicions. There is nobody forcing him to be with Vanessa or denying him the right to choose whom to be with…

and I just have to say, Vanessa and Nikki are both very beautiful girls!!!

and even if they weren’t, Zac is not some superficial creep. He’s a sweet and mature man. He cares about what’s on the inside! He’s going to be with whoever he wants because of the person they truly are, not because of what they look like on the outside!
