OlderTom & Katie’s Trip to Washington DC
Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes attend a private screening of Lions for Lambs in Washington DC on Wednesday.
According to OK!, Katie reportedly has secured her next role on the silver screen with “Scientologist celebs Giovanni Ribisi and Jason Lee in a film called The Other Side, a comedy-fantasy which is set to begin rolling in January in Los Angeles and the UK. Also along for the ride is co-star Rupert Friend (aka Keira Knightley’s boy-toy) and possibly Woody Harrelson.
The quirky storyline has Katie playing a brilliant scientist attempting to solve a mystery of a remote island whose residents seem to have no connection with the outside world. Jam-band impresario Dave Matthews is composing the score and will add a cameo appearance to his growing list of acting credits, which includes a guest bit on House and a starring role in the family film Because of Winn-Dixie.”

Maybe it is just me and my standard of beauty, but I do not find Katie Holmes attractive. In fact, I think she looks old and more like her mother minus the gray hair. She is missing something and I can’t put my finger on it. She does not appear to be youthful at all and she is not that old. I am not impressed with these two. I am not buying what they are selling.
She looks old now. She used to look like his little sister, but now she looks as old as he does.

Obviously Tom changed his tune about his profession, going to the other extreme. He gave up his dreams of lending his voice to the Benedictine Monk chanting album after Mimi tried to deflower him. She then set him up with the Dianetic officials, hoping to cleanse his thetan and bring him to another level. I wonder if Scientology is one of those pyramid schemes like Amway where you get money for recruiting people? She’s making a load off the Cruise-meister.

Katie holmes was pretty , like in the little town iowa definition of pretty….now she is in hollywierd, she has to go through the carwash except its bloody painful to watch.
I am really sorry, but its not that warn in DC for that dress…it maybe warmer than NY but its still around 50’s in DC this week…she must have been freezing..that girl sure is a trouper…many situations to feel uncomfortbale in , but she bites her lips and gets on with it…woe

Katie looks AMAZING these days. Maybe it’s her (new) hair and makeup? but there is a classy glow about her that really radiates. Absolutely gorgeous.

If Katie had aways dreamed of marrying tiny tom and had posters of him all around her bedroom as she grew up, then why did she tell David Letterman that tom was short and very insecure? She was totally laughing at the idea of tom cruise being a good actor.
