According to OK!, Katie reportedly has secured her next role on the silver screen with “Scientologist celebs Giovanni Ribisi and Jason Lee in a film called The Other Side, a comedy-fantasy which is set to begin rolling in January in Los Angeles and the UK. Also along for the ride is co-star Rupert Friend (aka Keira Knightley’s boy-toy) and possibly Woody Harrelson.
The quirky storyline has Katie playing a brilliant scientist attempting to solve a mystery of a remote island whose residents seem to have no connection with the outside world. Jam-band impresario Dave Matthews is composing the score and will add a cameo appearance to his growing list of acting credits, which includes a guest bit on House and a starring role in the family film Because of Winn-Dixie.”

As the shockwaves from Hollywood’s biggest break-up this year continue
to reverberate across the world’s media, a source close to Tom Cruise
and Nicole Kidman has stated that conflicting religious beliefs was
responsible for their split.
“I was raised a Catholic and a big part of me is still a Catholic
girl,” Kidman told Newsweek in 1998. Cruise, of course, is a dedicated
Scientologist and the degree to which their adopted children were
raised in the controversial religion had apparently become “a major
issue,” a friend of the couple told Jeanette Walls on the NBC News
website.
“Nicole has been saying things that clearly indicate she’s not one
hundred per cent dedicated to [Scientology],” another source is quoted
as saying. When Kidman was interviewed by Sue Lawley on Radio 4’s
Desert Island Discs last year, she was asked whether she thought
Scientology would help her survive being stranded on an island. Her
response was a curt “No.” When pressed she explained: “Catholicism will
keep me going. I’m a Catholic girl. It will always stay with you.”

to Nicole Kidman by undergoing bizarre and grueling counseling with a
senior Hollywood member of the church, insiders say.
But there was nothing Scientology could do to solve the central issue
between the two. Kidman, 34, is disenchanted with the controversial
religion and wants their two children raised as Catholics.”
“BUT no amount of counseling could resolve the fact that Kidman did not
want the couple’s adopted children, Isabella, 8, and Connor, 6, to be
raised as Scientologists.
According to MSNBC’s Jeanette Walls, Nicole had indicated to friends that
she was not as dedicated to Scientology as her husband and that raising
the children in Scientology had become “a major issue.”"

Oh Mia….I remember that photo. That was taken when tommy was the all involved very hands on dad to Conner and Bella. He went to ALL of their games and NEVER missed any, not for one single reason.
I wonder if tommy even remembers their names?
And remember those days when he could not bring Suri out to the park because someone would kidnap her. Or was it because she was supposed to be only 2 months old and she was already sitting up like a 6 month old?

Very telling they are having the time of their lives. Always wonderful to see Gorgeous Tom and Katie and at the end of the day some usual suspects are just so jealous. The Valkyrie trailer is exxxxcellent.
The photo at the game is an interesting one. I don’t think Katie Holmes was reconciled to her decision to sign the contract at this point in her life, and was possibly very worried about Bill Mapother’s progeny, knowing that it would have to wear a baby wig when it was born for any photo shoots. She was right to be worried. How ridiculous those pictures look now. Liebowitz should be ashamed going along with that charade.
BTW there is nothing wrong with being taller than your husband. But Katie is sending a message by exagerrating the height difference with those huge heels. Perhaps she has some spirit left after all.

Katie stirkes me as extremely dumb..she was one of those people who probably skated through little town iowa or idaho or whatever because daddy was in the country club, only to get to the real world and realise how her dumbness leaves her susceptible to all the crap sales men on planet earth…parents did a great job there

Apparently Kieth was forced into rehab because it was some sort of clause in her contract wiht cruise…media notes that keith wasn’t having issues but had A drink, which the midget considers a sin, so in order to see her kids Kieth had to agree to go to rehab so she could see her kids as the original custody agreement states, but then after that she only got to see them when she was in LA or they were in Australis less than the 6months and then they dissapeared…there is some serious disconnection going on there..

Funny no one mentioned, but that ill fitted dress she has on was inspired by my pet alligator in the bayou complete with scales down the back and all..ahahhah
