Zac Efron may not be much like his High School Musical character Troy Bolton but that didn’t stop him from playing some hoops in Los Angeles on Thursday!
Zac, 20, was seen playing some basketball for two hours at a private basketball court. The fitness buff sported a “Pre Lives” t-shirt in reference to American running icon Steve Prefontaine.
“I am not a basketball player!” Zac has said while promoting HSM. “No stunt double, but I’m not that great of a basketball player. I had one real season under my belt, playing with kids who were so much better than me; it was embarrassing, I think I scored two points all season. So, it took a lot of practice to say the least.”

OMG, he’s alive! Look everyone you can stop panicing and take off the oxygen masks.
Zac is fine. He wasn’t abducted by aliens, he’s not on a deserted Island, and he’s not on his deathbed with Vanessa playing nurse.
Zac, good to see you. You look great as usual. Now these people can finally let the world start spinning again.

I was present for this game of basketball, and it was extremely intense!
What Jared doesn’t tell you is that Zach was posing on the court for a photo shoot with a group of cardboard cutouts. After the shoot, the cutouts felt upstaged by Zach’s basketball attire and aviator sunglasses and challenged him to a game to 21.
After 30 grueling minutes, onlookers were disappointed to learn that the game was called after a 0-0 tie.

Love that he had a week of laying low, before filming starts. The next few months are gonna be crazy busy for him. He seems pretty content with life right now….and he looks damn good too!

This church is right by Sunset Gower Studios where he went the other day. It seems he’ll be filming Seventeen there and there must be some basketball in the movie. Rissa, you’re right, these are different sunglasses, they aren’t his usual aviators. This boy loves his hats!
