Ashley Tisdale attends a Disney Channel Luncheon at the Hollywood and Highland Center in Los Angeles on Thursday. The High School Musical star was seen carrying around her new pet pooch Maui.
Ashley, 22, recently was interviewed about her first live performance. Watch the video here.
Miss Tisdale said, “Preparing for the first show on the High School Musical tour, I was very, very nervous. It was the first time I was going to be performing my own solo songs from ‘Headstrong’ in front of anyone, let alone 15,000 people! So before the show, I was a mess and couldn’t even walk straight or focus or anything. Of course, that all went away after I got on stage, and then when I ran off the stage after the performance I was just so excited — jumping up and down and off the walls. It was a complete change. (laughs) And now I look forward to performing every single time!”

Isn’t it weird that we always get solo Ashley candids after she’s seen with Vanessa a few days prior? I mean, I know she gets followed but we tend to get more candids of her after she’s seen with Vanessa. Shopping trip with Vanessa and then we get tons of Ashley candids. Going to the gym with Vanessa and then we get this. Just a thought but maybe I’m overthinking the whole thing. lol

Hi Narf! So good to see you here! I thought I might be the only one in our group to come and post for Ashley. Didn’t want to be lonely and now I’m not so thanks for that. Yes, Ashley looks really pretty in these pictures! It’s too cute how she named her new dog Maui. I wonder if that’s the island where Jared is originally from.
I keep telling hubby that if we ever hit the jackpot in Vegas that I want to buy a vacation home in Maui so that I hang out there and look for celebrities. Hehehe.
I LOVE the way ashley always dresses.
she has her own style and she actually takes risks in what shes wearing, where as vanessa is just sorta jeans, t shirt, flats kind of girl. i mean dont get me wrong vanessa dresses really cute too but i think ashley stands out more because shes more devoted to trends and looking up to date as opposed to just being casual and comfy like vanessa. anyone agree?

I don’t think the black nail polish thing was started by either Ashley or Vanessa. Girls have been using that for years. In any case, they’re BFFs and they probably have similar tastes in nail polish color. Let’s not have any fighting over here please. I already have to deal with that sort of drama on my girl Vanessa’s threads. Live in love.

I for one welcome more coverage for Ashley here at JJ’s blog. Vanessa is definitely my favorite HSM girl, but Ashley is a close second and I’m happy that she doing so well in her acting/singing career.

if you saw me and my best friend in a crowd you wouldnt even believe we would talk to each other because we look like polar opposites. I’m just saying..
and actually the black nail polish thing was started in paris runways and eventually trickled down to american runways and then magazines and then normal average people. as far as if vanessa or ashley had it first, who knows but thats the history of black nail polish and why a lot of people wear it now. its considered “couture” to have black nails.
She is adorable. I love when she was punked, she looked so confused, it was hilarious.
I love people like you, Yvie, it’s so cool to see a Vanessa fan that does NOT obnoxiously bash Ashley.
