Jonathan Rhys Meyers shows off his newly shorn look (and his tongue) at the premiere of August Rush at NYC’s Ziegfeld Theater on Sunday.

Longtime girlfriend Reena Hammer stood by her main man the whole night.

August Rush opens in theaters nationwide Wednesday, Nov. 21.
