Two Lovers For Joaquin Phoenix
Joaquin Phoenix smokes a cigarette and reads over some notes on the set of his latest film Two Lovers in New York City on Friday.
The 33-year-old actor must like working with director James Gray. The pair previously collaborated on The Yards and We Own the Night, and now they‘re to team up for a third time for this new drama.
A recent sighting of Joaquin and costar Vanessa Shaw was made at Brighton Beach, New York.

the one posting this over at T&M is saying that the girl is apparently very shy and was hiding behind joaquin because people were starting to take notice of them and she was getting uncomfortable with it…I doubt this is true….the T&M people are idiots.
I’m inclined to believe that anyone posting on a blog such as this is an idiot including myself. One celeb blog is the same as the other. There is no higher class of trash gossip ok people.

It’s true that his girlfriend lives in NY, he mentionned it durong an interview that he was walking to her house to pick her up at dinner when a fan called him but, we don’t now excatly how she is.
Maybe he’s still with Teuta, not the Teuta that they say she had a blog all the things.. I never believed this story anyway.

If you read any interviews with him he always says that he distances himself from his family, friends, girlfriends, etc., totally emerses himself in the role. I seriously doubt he’s living with her or even talking to her. Read his own words. This is what he says he does time and time again.

The article in which he mentions his NY girlfriend came out before WOTN and RR were in the theaters. In his most recent article, he said that his friend was trying to set him up with someone. Interesting 65. I’m not going to say who I think he “should be with” but I have my opinions of who he LOOKS really good with: Myself, but that goes without saying. Second, Evangeline Lily. I saw them standing together at the 2005 Golden Globes and wow–beautiful couple. She’s unique, not part of the Hollywood crowd, sweet, and gorgeous. Third, Kate Beckinsile. I know she’s married, but they would look good together. She’s so f*cking hot. Fourth Emmy Rossom, fifth Allyssa Milano.

I hope that this film is better than “We Own the Night.” The movie left something to be desired. I expected more from Joaquin. Why the hell did they put the first scene in the movie with Eva Mendez fingering herself? Give me a break. Joaquin has substance and content, and he should never compromise his wonderful talent. I hope that “We Own the Night” is his last bad movie.
