Dean Cain Gets a Flu Shot
Dean Cain joined Jennifer Garner at ALA’s National Faces of Influenza public awareness campaign campaign’s launch event at NYC’s Gotham Hall on Monday.
The former Lois and Clark actor showed a little skin getting his flu shot!
Dean, 41, also went back to his Superman roots last month and made a guest appearance on The CW’s Smallville. Check out a video of his appearance here.

I never get the flu. The last time I got the flu was when I got that flu shot.
