It’s because people who are complaining are little kids. They don’t know the businessworld. They can’t understand the concept of ‘money talk’. And no matter how much people explain it. All they can ask is ‘why why why’.

zac did an interview at the Halo game release and he basically said that singing was not his ultimate goal. he is really into acting. i think he did the singing/live performances for hsm and hairspray, but i don’t get the vibe that singing live in front of people is his preference. that could be a good reason why he did not go to the performance. he’ll be at the video release next monday though!! can’t wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!

#205, Excuse me, but I am not a little kid. I’m 20, and everyone is entitled to their opinion. I do understand it all, I understand that business. I just wish the rest of the cast got the attention they deserved.

I love them all, and you know what? I’m fine with the title being just Vanessa. I’ve said many times before, I’m a big fan.

All I was saying was this was a HSM2 cast event. I thought it would have been fair if they all were included.

I guess I’m alone on this one.

Just wanted to get that across.

See kids….see how fast this thread is going? It’s called Business talk. Jared is a businessman, and if he wants money rolling on his way, he needs an amazing title, topic and the right celebrity to keep the masses from clicking on his site and bringing those dough in.

Guys I agree that the entire HSM cast made equal contributions to Zac and Vanessa that has made the francise what it is, and since it Vanessa wasn’t doing a solo performance the headline should have read:”High School Musical: It’s Christmas Time!” But alas Jared is human and has his biases like the rest of us.

I have to say I have said before on the “Zac Efron: Top Secret HSM3 Meeting” thread that I was a charming performance by all involved. Though of course since like Jared I have my biases I thought Vanessa was really the standout.

Don’t worry Becky. I can understand your frustration. I’m irked too because I like the rest of the cast. But like we said. Jared’s a business man. I’m not always happy with his title and article in his site, and there’s many that I could name. We’re just saying that because of the title, Jared has garnered many to discuss about the title and keep the V vs A thing going (even though there’s no V vs A since they’re BFFs).
