Vanessa Hudgens Celebrates Sister Stella’s Birthday
Vanessa Hudgens goes shopping for her younger sister Stella’s birthday in Studio City on Monday with mom Gina.
The High School Musical star stopped at Baskin Robbins where she picked out a cute-looking cake for her Stella. She then picked up gifts at Best Buy and Target including a swivel 19-inch monitor.
Stella turns 12 tomorrow (Tuesday). HAPPY BIRTHDAY, STELLA!
P.S. Yes, she is wearing boyfriend Zac Efron’s beanie again!

Ellie - great limericks…especially the one at #491…that may just have to replace “The Night Before Christmas” this year. ;-) And, I can Macarena too or do the Electric Slide…and I’m pretty sure I can half-pull off part of the All for One dance. LOL.
To all the dissenters (is that better?) - go lie down…have a rest…it must be incredibly draining…you know, the huge responsibility you feel you have of condemning all the “bad” people.
And, for those who don’t appreciate the Z, V, or Zanessa posts on this site, as others have said, there are plenty of other threads to choose from. Also, if you truly want JJ to hear your requests, the “contact” function on this site might be a better avenue…there’s no guarantee JJ looks at all the posts on these threads. So, what he may see is that there are 500+ posts here - ah, yes, I shall continue to list more news for this person. See…you could just be contributing to what frustrates you most. I’m not saying JJ will be changing this situation anytime soon because he too is a Vanessa fan and he can post whatever he wants to - it’s his site. But, you posting here only screams of wanting to vent and try to bring others down, not actually do something proactive. Anyway, just my thoughts…take ‘em or leave ‘em. All in all, just breathe…is seeing several listings for a particular celebrity really worth raising your blood pressure over?

oh haha canadagirl the owner said that there were loads of comments from july and thats why it needed to be cleaned. so it wasnt us, but we can be trouble like that, so i would understand if it was because of us haha jk.

Sorry I can’t help you with that video. Maybe you can help me with one? I know there was a cute interview with both of them where the interviewer makes an innocent mistake and starts to call her Vanessa Efron and Zac says, “Ooh, I like the sound of that” Darn, I wish I could find that one!
RE: the Parade question and response…I’m sure they are very close friends but I’m not really sure if they are boyfriend/girlfriend anymore. It doesn’t really matter, they are super cute, charming, nice people who deserve to be happy…whatever the relationship status is. I love seeing them together or apart, whatever works for them.
In fact, I saw a video the other day where Zac was touring around NY, it must have been after HSM1 was released because he refers to it, and one of the questions is “does he have a girlfriend” and he flat out says no, he doesn’t and he’s looking for one. Some people think they have been dating since they met on the set of HSM1 but that can’t be true.

susan, they actually have been dating since hsm1. they were just denying it for 2 years. but there is a lot of evidence from videos/pics in the past. only thing we know now is they have been really strong since 2006, and they are doing pretty well for a young couple in hollywood. i wanna find the video with him saying i like the sound of that to the guys mistake too sounds cute :] and as for the parade mag, that was just an opinion, but we all know from recent pictures and news theyre a couple.

Susan, I’m more inclined to believe recent articles in which they do admit they are a couple. There’s one in the UK version of Bliss in which Zac says their a couple and there is another one (but I can’t remember which) in which when pressed, V admits they are dating. As for the whole denial vs. no comment argument, lots of celebs go for flat out denial because they know that ‘no comment’ usually makes people think that they are hiding something.
But, if you really believe they aren’t a couple, that’s your choice, I won’t try and change your opinion.
Oops, that should read ‘they’re a couple’, not ‘their’.

Yes, Susan, they have been dating “pretty much from the moment we met,” was the comment Zac once made. They just tried to keep it low key. And yes, they did deny in interviews that they were a couple. Even after the Hawaii pictures were all over the Internet. They would look at each other and laugh and say they were “really good friends.” Then they started saying, “I don’t talk about my personal life.”

Not sure what you’re saying, Susan. But in an interview Zac did with J-14 back in September 2007, he is directly quoted as saying, “Yes, we are a couple.” And they had a quote somewhere in the magazine, “Zac is off the market.” But I suppose some people who don’t want them to be a couple would not admit they are if he were to jump her in the street.
I myself think they are a couple of lovebirds. Oh boy, my heart just skipped a beat when I typed thet. *Sighs*

Wasn’t that interview where he said “sounds good to me” on radio disney? I thought I read that somewhere, but I could be wrong.
Narf, I’m working on that Zanessa patch but progress is slow. Sorry I’ve been so quiet today just one of those unforseen events kept me away. I’m really impressed by the way everybody handled #518. The jerk reminds of another obnoxious poster on an another site who was saying Vanessa was talentless and asked “Do you honestly think she could play these roles without giggling?” And these were the roles:
Stella (from “A Streetcar Named Desire”)
Margo Channing (A role played be Bette Davis in “All About Eve”)
Scarlett O’Hara
And a host of other legendary roles written for actresses with 30-to-40 years experience NOT for an 18-year-old just starting out. It was ridiculous it wouldn’t surprise me if this jerk was the same person. The difference is that poster didn’t have the offensive screenname.
A few words about #518’s list:
Julia Roberts: A gifted actress no doubt who has years to hone her craft. But I’ve never thought she was a great beauty, I respect many do I’m just not one of them.
Hilary Swank: Talented actress who pulled herself up-from-her-boot straps (she and her mom were homeless for a time). She’s paid her dues working up through the ranks starting with “Camp Wilder” a early nineties “Full House”-esque sitcom, to an eventual stint on “Beverly Hills 91290, to landing the right role at the right time in “Boys Don’t Cry.” I admire what she’s accomplished but it took her years to get where she is. To compare Vanessa to her in any way is just ridiculous.
Penelope Cruz-I admit she is attractive but I haven’t seen her in anything that impressed me very much. Maybe I haven’t seen her in the right role.
Salma Hayek-I don’t get it. I mean she’s okay, I don’t dislike her at all but I don’t think she’s all that special either.
My feeling about the Parade quote is: Zac is a good looking young guy. Vanessa is a beautiful young woman. What is there to be skeptical about? I doubt the magazine really follows them to be honest and has just heard through the grapevine the various break-up rumors and is just going by that. No big deal.
Well there now I’m reasonably caught I’m off to get myself some din-din. I’ll be be back shortly and I will be climbing up to the Belfry tonight.
