OlderRyan Phillippe: I Would Wake Up and Cry and Vomit
Ryan Phillipe and his children — Ava, 8, and pizza delivery boy Deacon, 4 — arrive at LAX airport in Los Angeles Monday evening after a trip to Philadelphia.
The father-of-two recently sat down for an interview with new magazine Man About Town. Here are some interview snippets:
On being a mess after his divorce from Reese Witherspoon: “After the divorce I was a physical wreck. I wanted to die. I was ready to kill myself. I was not taking care of myself at all. I would wake up and cry and vomit.”
On using his past experiences to now cry on demand: “Now, it’s f–king easy. When I was younger, I didn’t have enough to cry about. But since I’ve had kids, I feel my work has become better, because my life is fuller and more complicated, and I’ve experienced so many highs and lows.”
On why you won’t see him doing any endorsement deals in the near future: “If I see actors doing commercials, such as Catherine Zeta-Jones in the T-Mobile ads now, when I see her in a movie, it’s hard to disassociate the two.”
On Elizabeth Taylor and Elton John, who once took him out for tea: “I was sitting there looking at them interact, and I’m thinking, These people have raised millions of dollars to save people. The potential power of celebrity is astounding.”

Jim you are the idiot. Have you ever heard of community property?
Judy: that refers to the property NOT the income. Couples can arrange the income as they wish. There is no obligation to share it 50/50, dimwit. Bank accounts can be joint or they can be separate.
If you live in a community property state, the rules are more complicated. Community property states are Arizona, California, Idaho, Louisiana, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin. (And in Alaska, spouses can sign an agreement making specific assets community property.)
Generally, in community property states, money earned by either spouse during marriage, and all property bought with those earnings, are considered community property that is owned equally by husband and wife. Likewise, debts incurred during marriage are generally debts of the couple. At the death of one spouse, his half of the community property goes to the surviving spouse unless he left a will that directs otherwise.
BUT
Married people can still own separate property. For example, property inherited by just one spouse belongs to that spouse alone. A spouse can leave separate property to anyone; it doesn’t have to go to the surviving spouse.
Married couples don’t have to accept the rules about what is community property and what isn’t. They can sign a written agreement that makes some or all community property the separate property of one spouse, or vice versa.
It depends upon the state law and can be arranged differently between the spouses, silly girl. You don’t have a clue.
In fact, my suspicion (I can’t say for sure) is that the REAL reason for the divorce was that she didn’t want to share her MUCH LARGER income with him and he may have been unwilling to agree. So the divorce. Given she was getting 20 million for a movie and he much less, things were getting very uneven financially. You know, parasite and host. LOL.

I have loved him since Cruel Intentions with Reese Witherspoon!! I saw the pics of his little girl covering her face…:(. But with the money he makes, and his popularity….he needs to hire some really big body guards to keep pics from these of his kids from happening. They can at least sheild the kids somehow instead of him trying to carry both of them and his daughter covering her face. Man…she looks exactly like her mom…too cute!! I like to look at celebrity photos..and their kids pics too, but only when the parents ok it. I don’t like photos like this one where I see that the parent has no option but to sit back and watch helplessly. I give him props…he looked really frustrated…but did not do anything in front of his kids. You can see that they come first. He should have put them first when he was cheating on his wife!!!!! Oh well, we’re all human and make mistakes…even the celebrities.
It’a good to see Ryan has a relationship with his kids. Some celebrities have little to do with their children after divorce.

They went through marriage counselling long before the divorce. Maybe it just wasn’t meant to be. They tried a lot harder than most hollywood couples. I’m sure they wil do whats best for their children
