Heath Ledger’s New Dragonfly Tattoo
Heath Ledger shows off his brand new dragonfly tattoo while chatting with director Todd Haynes at the screening of their new film I’m Not There at NYC’s Bowery Hotel on Tuesday. (This is the film where Heath and six other actors embody a different aspect of the musician Bob Dylan’s life and work.)
Heath, 28, recently got a new upper right arm tattoo of a dragonfly, which symbolizes freedom and change (he separated from actress Michelle Williams back in August).

The reason he dresses like that is to prove that you don’t have to have designer clothes. I also believe that if you have to spend more than 50 dollars on an article of clothing, I think you are ridiculous. Heath was an amazing actor and person. Remember he left High School to pursue his dream of acting, and landed in Sidney, Australia with only 28 cents to his name. Money wasn’t any object to him.
Tattoos are a way of expressing yourself. You can show people your personality and your thoughts through tattoos.
I sure miss Heath very much. That way Heath dress up because maybe Heath dont want anyone notice him. I love his tattoos. I am planning get one just like one of his tattoos. I have tattoo myself Sun and Moon. RIP Heath.
I’m looking for ideas for a Drangonfly tatto for myself. This didn’t help! Something a bit smaller and alot more pretty for me.

You people that are trashing Heath, it’s unbelievable all the crap you say, you actually think is true! The dragonfly tattoo stands for freedom, not if he’s gay or not. Stupid people. Heath was an awesome actor, but he and Jake had a FRIENDSHIP. Jake is Matilda’s Godfather, not Heath’s lover. If any of you knew anything about Heath you would have known that he HATED the sex symbol status. He wanted to be known for his acting abilities, not his looks. Why would he “dress to impress”? It wasn’t important to him. He was such a handsome man, but his true beauty came from inside. Who he was, not who everyone else thought he was SUPPOSED to be.

Dito! WHAT SORT OF PEOPLE ARE THESE WHO SLAG A YOUNG,TALENTED, ACTOR, UPCUMING PRODUCER. ALSO A WONDERFUL FATHER TO HIS DAUGHTER. HE WAS SO ILL WHEN HE PASSED AWAY, PNEAUMONIA WAS VERY BAD, ALONG WITH HIS UNABLE TO SLEEP,DUE TO THE FACT HE LOVED HIS DAUGHTER. YOU SHOULD GO LOOK AT ALL THE MOVIES THIS BEAUTIFUL GUY MANAGED TO BE IN, AND JUST SEE HOW GOOD HE WAS BEFORE PASSING SLY AWFUL COMMENTS……….HE IS SO SADLY MISSED BY SO MANY!! RIP HEATH <3
